Ross has been amazing through the whole process, hes managed to get us pretty much matching number plates.
The cars were waiting on display in the showroom for us when we picked them up which was a nice little touch.
He helped with everything, from setting up my phone with the incar system to showing me how everything worked and the new features the upgrades had.

After a terrible experience with a different garage from whom I bought a faulty van (broke down 3 days after purchase !) and despite being in business for more than 50 years, but literally have no idea when it comes to after sales service. (Parasitic draw on the vehicles 12v battery) This led me to refusing the vehicle, so I found myself frantically searching for an alternative and came across a van from your website. We’ve recently had a really positive experience with Rhys at Chesterfield so seeing VERTU as the seller gave me some confidence.
I was lucky enough to be dealt with by Peter, just before he was due to be off for the bank holiday weekend. Perhaps he sensed my desperation I don’t know, but despite his plans for the long weekend, he was happy to meet for an appointment on his day off.
We met on time as arranged and he had everything sorted. A hassle free prompt professional service on what appears to be my perfect replacement van. With the 3 month garage warranty , 11 month manufacturer warranty and 5 years+ / 98k miles still to run on the battery guarantee, the difference between this and my 30 day / 1000 mile, and then we refer you to the warranty (costing £699), which is completely inappropriate for an electric van warranty from the garage in Derby, the difference between the 2 vans I’ve bought in the last month couldn’t be more stark.
And Peter has even arranged delivery too and the supply of a “granny cable”, as I don’t have a home charging point. What an amazing service.
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate him really going the extra mile for me., and wanted to share my experience with your company so someone can give him a pat on the back. He is a real asset.

Made to feel at ease from the first…
Made to feel at ease from the first minute I walked in. Teresa was brilliant, and made sure you always had a drink. I took a Yaris out for a test drive, and the mileage was just a little high. When I got back from the test drive, Ross found me another Yaris with less mileage on, and I then did a deal on the Yaris with the less miles on it. Ross was fantastic, as was everyone else who worked there. I felt so at ease, and had a few good laughs as well. I would recommend Toyota at Hillsborough to anyone.

I have just purchased my third Toyota Aygo from Vertu Toyota and I highly recommend anyone especially single women who may feel apprehensive after their earlier dealings with Burrows Toyota the former owners who quite frankly were outrageous and exploitative. I wanted to give the Aygo a last chance and went to Vertu with very low expectations. I was totally disarmed by the professionalism of Vertu and thus far three days in am delighted with my purchase. I would give Jordan Tidy a 20/10 as I would the beautiful host Theresa Smith and Manager Ryan Angell.

Traded our 2 cars for 1
Used Vertu, Penistone Road, Sheffield for years and we have always had excellent service from them. This time we bought our new Yaris Cross XL from James Templeton who is great. He let me and my husband test drive the car then leave us to decide whether we wanted to buy a new car. No pressure sales is what I like. We said yes to the car and James handled everything. Regardless of who serves you , the service will be good from Teresa who makes sure you have plenty of coffee to all the sales team. We ha previousle used Manny as well and he’s also a good lad.

Amazing experience in buying first car
Amazing experience in buying first car for our daughter. Hamza was great as he discussed our needs and went through different models and pricing etc.
He was polite ,professional ,knowledgeable and manage to get us the car at a very short notice.No hard selling and kept us informed at every step.
I would highly recommend dealership as they made us comfortable with little presentation at the time of pick up.

I recently had the very unpleasant experience of having my wife's car repaired only to find out that when they quoted for the repair they missed the tail light was cracked and they wanted over 300£ for a new one!!!! The repair had already been paid for by the gentleman who reversed into us I'm sure i shouldn't have to pay for something that's been missed by a professional body shop I'm sure if this was Burrows who still owned it I wouldn't be expecting to pay it all wot a shame it has got taken over by a very large Company still al I can do is advice all my friends that spending their money with Vertu is not very wise and I'm sure we will find a better dealership that deserves loyalty!!!!

Really professional and helpful dealership. I was welcomed at the door offered a coffee, personally asked about my situation, why I was buying a car and what for. I was offered helpful advice, and got a complementary door delivery of my new car. Very kind, I was called up and checked on a couple days after purchase.
