No pressure sales from the start
No pressure sales from the start. All staff are very friendly & know their products & different levels of trim available for each model. We were left alone whilst we looked at two models we liked. We decided on the model we liked best and a test drive was arranged at our convenience.
After the test drive we were offered an excellent p/x price and finance options were explained.
Delivery of our vehicle was estimated and we ordered a car from the factory.
Communication throughout the process was very clear with regular updates.
We collected the car are looking forward to many miles in it until we visit again for our next vehicle.

Some operational difficulties well managed
The sales team managed to secure the car I requested despite some complex difficulties in preparing and transporting the car as a result of problems with other dealerships.
The salesperson (Emmanuel) answered all my questions with confidence and authority. The final handover process was unhurried and considerate despite many of the dealership staff being absent in a training session and a fire drill being enacted whilst online payment for the service plan was being made.
The car was very well presented and exactly as described.
The purchase took nearly four weeks to complete because of setbacks resulting from operational difficulties with another dealership who were holding the car.
More frequent updates and communication from the sales team would have been helpful.

Pleasantly surprised buying a used car
Just purchased a used Toyota Yaris from Vertu, Penistone Rd. From start to finish I was very impressed by the service everyone gave. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. It was the opposite of what I’ve had before from other car sales dealerships- no pressure to buy, which is why I probably decided to purchase on the day I visited! 10/10, would highly recommend, the chap who I dealt with was James T, a lovely bloke who came across as a genuine man wanting to help, also very knowledgeable.

Great customer service
The Salesman I dealt with was really nice. He wasn't pushy and made me feel very comfortable. They had the perfect car that I had been looking for and got it ready for me really quickly as my previous car was unrepairable.
He made everything super simple for me and I was impressed both with him and other staff members too.
