Yaris cross
After a mix up with the wrong car being delivered in October I took delivery of my new and the right one on the 23rd of December which I’m highly delighted in.
My sales advisor Emmanuel was very professional and extremely kind. He never rushed me and took time to help me with my initial disappointment in October.
Toyota Vertu Sheffield should be proud to have a lovely young man on their staff. My husband & myself have had numerous cars from there and would ask for Emmanuel’s help again. Please pass my comments onto him and tell him well done.

Buying a car made easy

The salesperson was very helpful
The salesperson was very helpful. He had a wealth of knowledge to pass on to us , and either already knew or sourced the answers to all our questions. The process of choosing another car, handing over our existing vehicle and driving away in our new car went smoothly from beginning to end. After having had our previous car on a PCP from Vertu Toyota, Sheffield, we know that their after sales service is excellent.

Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad . Ordered a vehicle and been to collect it today and told when sat in showroom that they’d ordered the wrong vehicle !!!! .
Now told it will be January 2026 before I can expect my new car .
Given them a be star as I can’t give them zero

My experience in buying my Yaris X
My experience in buying my Yaris X was very good. Bill the sales guy took me out on a test drive, explaining all aspects of the vehicle inside, outside and under the bonnet. I got a fair price for part exchange so with that and the purchase price plus add-ons came within my budget, so I decided to buy the car. I was informed by email and the toyota app progress of my car at certain stages. Handover of the car was very good this was carried out by Emmanuel. So many thanks to Bill and Emmanuel

A brilliant experience in Sheffield
I had an excellent experience with the Sheffield dealership. I had very specific requirements and Bill Merrick was able to source me a beautiful little red Toyota Aygo in pristine condition. As a new driver, Bill also took me out for a drive when I went to pick it up, and was thorough and knowledgeable, putting me at ease before I set off on the road solo for the first time. I would highly recommend him and this dealership for its professionalism and kindness, along with its ability to source a brilliant PCP deal. I am very happy with my car, it drives brilliantly and is very fuel efficient ☺️ I also appreciated the teddy that now sits on the backseat🧸 Many thanks, I will no doubt be using this dealership again in the future.

How to buy a Yaris Cross in a few simple steps . . .
Really helpful review of all vehicles available which allowed us to hone down on a Yaris Cross and choose the exact model for us. We were not rushed at all, had a test drive which allowed us to check that it would fit in the garage and were offered an extremely fair price for the Auris we were trading in. The whole process took just a few days and the new car was set up for us, ready to drive away. The Manager also came out to meet us, saying that was his practice - and very much appreciated. Well done!
