unprofessional customer service they cant even be bothered to call you back 4 times now the same thing a call back.never happens.
I only wished I had known it would be this complicated.I called 4 times now just to enquire if they would be able to return my mobility car as I am just far to unwell and now having tests for a virus infection.All they need to say is we dont do it or we do but for a charge which I would more likely agree on.
its not rocket science its just called being good at customer service skills They have had the car since 24th Feb and still cant give a straight answere.
mobility are no better either...maybe rethink about renewing..

I purchased an MG ZS from Vertu Motors Harrogate on 29 September 2025. Within two weeks, the vehicle developed starting faults which were promptly reported and documented. A repair was undertaken; however, the identical fault reoccurred within three weeks. Additionally, the rear wiper and washer have stopped functioning.
As a professional driving instructor, vehicle reliability is critical. The ongoing defects have significantly impacted my business and income. I was forced to hire a dual-control vehicle due to the vehicle’s failure and delayed return. Despite being asked to provide the hire invoice, reimbursement remains outstanding.
Following the failed repair, I exercised my Final Right to Reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but indicated I would be willing to accept a replacement vehicle as a statutory remedy rather than escalate matters. I requested confirmation within 7 days along with details of suitable replacement vehicles. To date, I have received no response.
The vehicle faults themselves are concerning, but the lack of communication and urgency in resolving the matter has been particularly disappointing. I hope the company now takes meaningful steps to resolve this properly.
If matter is not resolved and Vertu Vauxhall Harrogates management Jonathon Groom and Thomas Weets keeps ignoring my emails then I’ll have no option but take further action and get Motor Ombudsman and finance company involved alongside small claims court to seek reimbursement for outstanding invoice.

Right from the start Paul was extremely helpful and communicative every step of the way with the lease of a new car. The day we came in to sign paperwork we also dealt with Sarah who also helped me with sourcing another car, meaning a double handover! - great service always, have used them for the purchase of my last two cars and would be sure to use them again! - see you in two years!

Git told it would take 4 days.
Been 5 weeks and it is still on order.
When i phone parts department no answer.
So i left messages with reg name and number.
Noone returns my call.
