Sale's Experience at Vertu Hexham.We found the staff at the Hexham branch very friendly and professional, they ironed out all my concerns until the sale was completed.They also discovered our car which we were renewing was not MOTd ,this was a Saturday the car was booked in and tested on the Monday. Brilliant Service
I sent an enquiry in for the car I liked and quickly had a phone call to arrange a viewing and test drive of the car. We used the Hexham branch and Simon dealt with our sale. He was great. Very down to earth, knowledgable about the car and products he had and negotiated a plan that worked for us. Elliot was also able to help with flexibility on the car when it came to the finance agreements. He was also approachable and friendly. Great service overall.

The salesman Daniel Day was excellent
The salesman Daniel Day was excellent, he kept us updated at all times. He has been a great help to us in buying this vehicle and still remains in touch, with any questions we might have. The vehicle was reserved by us on the 9th August 25 and delivered to us on the 17/9/25. This was because of problems with Vauxhall themselves, beyond Daniel's control, concerning a software update which was needed to put the car on the road.
