Have been having exhaust problems with a Chevrolet Aveo - tempory fix done locally in East Midlands where we live and given the all-clear to drive to London, while garage tried to source replacement silencer. On the way back, A10 and M25 blocked due to jacknifed lorry and so, headed east to avoid. In Vertu Waltham Cross, exhaust silencer parted company with chasis, but was able to drag it, still attached, to first right-turn and found ourselves in Waltham Cross Vauxhall dealer car-lot. The people in the show room made a space for us on the car-lot and allowed us to park up and call the RAC. The staff let us stay in the air conditioned showroom on a very hot day (free coffee provided) for several hours waiting for the RAC. RAC uncoupled silencer and we were able to continue back to East Midlands and the noise was not that bad!
Sincere thanks to the sales staff at Vauxhall, Vertu Waltham Cross, for their generosity and kindness on what was a difficult day for us. Got back home to East Midlands in one piece - no further misshaps! Now to find a replacement silencer!

The worst customer service I've experienced.
After having car serviced some how ended up with a broken hanging rear fog light. Despite my car passing MOT twice since a repair was made from a independent garage after I had minor incident.
My car was intact when it was delivered.
Was given a offer to have part replaced only then to be told I would need to replace my entire bumper.
When I questioned why it hadn't been mentioned at the time of service, was told it was on my paperwork, which it wasn't and "not to get so irate" when I voiced my frustration.
This company lacks the ability to give clear transparent communication between customers and staff. Forever having to chase departments to get updates, left sitting waiting for hours with no check ins or updates.
After 3 years of the same lack lustre service I will be terminating my Service Plan and would advise that you think twice before signing up. As I can assure you that the below statement is completely untrue.

I found my experience at Virtu to be a really good experience. The sales staff were really helpful not pushy a all.
Tepo and Shamin were the sales men that served me. I can honestly say that they made the whole proses easy explaining each step as we went along.
There were a couple of things with the car I was buying that I wanted corrected, Tepo and Shamin were able to get that sorted for me with no problems.
I have never had such an easy time buying a car before.
I would one hundred percent recommend Virtue especially the sales men Tepo and Shamin.
Tepo took me through the final paper work which was very easy.
The after sales service has been excellent so far with Tepo contacting me regularly making sure that I was happy with the car .

Used Vertu Waltham Cross to buy a Renault Captur.
Initial dealing with Alexandra very good, but then she had to disappear and I was dealing with Sunil (manager), was highly amusing I must say (part of the reason didnt get a lower score was for the comedy value), tried every trick in the book to get me to pay more, insurances I didnt need etc, even plead poverty by saying they weren't going to make any money on the car, ex mobility car so that's not going to happen, bit pushy but nothing a few "fine let's leave it" didnt sort out.
Alexendra delivered the car to me, fantastic person, really easy to deal with, told me everything I needed to know about the new car, no issues with delivery yesterday.
Not had chance to drive it yet as been chaotic at work but I'm happy with the service at Vertu Waltham Cross, did everything over the phone and they offer delivery within 30 miles, perfect for someone who only sees a car as a tool and doesnt really want to see it, test drive etc .
Would I recommend ? Yes for the ease of purchase and the service Alexandra provided.

Excellent experience with Vertu Vauxhall. Shamim, Dave and Tipu were fantastic - very helpful and prompt. Shamim is one of the best salesperson I have met - not pushy at all; was very patient, answered all my queries (there were plenty). I could feel the difference compared to other dealerships and felt I supported rather than being pushed to acquire the vehicle. The car itself was in excellent condition. I liked there personalised touches which included videos of the car as well as the finance product video post-sales. The car was "prepped" to perfection and was immaculately clean (thanks to the valet - regrettably , I couldn't get his name). Great experience over-all and I would like to thank Vertu and the gentlemen mentioned above. A distinctly pleasant experience . Keep it up.
