The service was seamless. Kieran Jardine sorted everything for me, kept me updated with the progress of the sale throughout and even came in early after his holiday to run through once again all of the features on the vehicle (which there are so many) pointing out the important ones to get me started safely so i could drive home. The vehicle is absolutely amazing and i don't change vehicles often. Kieran got me the exact model, right colour and specifications, perfect. I have never owned anything quite like this before so this was an important step for me to take. Purchase of New VW T-Roc
I exchanged my old VW T-Roc with a new one on Wednesday 26th August. I dealt with Krystian Burzawa from first meeting on Monday 17th August through to completion on the 26th. Being of more mature years I was not totally comfortable with signing things on my mobile phone. However, Krystian was very patient in explaining the processes and also printing off the paperwork for me. I found Krystian to be open and honest in his dealings with me, I feel he is a young man of integrity and a credit to VW Hereford. I also found the Sales Manager Jack Robins very helpful at the time of handover of the new car. Thank you Gentlemen.

Avoid: Deposit taken on a vehicle that wasn't even theirs to sell
I put down a £99 deposit on a VW Tiguan advertised at £18,116, believing it was reserved. It later turned out the car had already been transferred internally to another Vertu branch hours before I even paid my deposit — meaning it was never available to me in the first place.
Instead of being told this clearly, I was fobbed off with a story that the car had been "sold to a third party" and was "awaiting finance confirmation." I spent an entire Sunday chasing this up — four phone calls between 11:53am and 5:56pm — only to be told at the end of the day that nothing could be done because "the overnight system couldn't update."
When I pushed back and got a written response from the General Manager, the real story came out: the car had been reallocated to another branch that morning and relisted there at £21,999 — nearly £4,000 more than the price I'd agreed to pay.
To their credit, they refunded my £99 deposit. But they've refused any compensation for the wasted day, the misleading explanation I was given at the time, or the fact that I turned down another car I was seriously considering because I believed I'd secured this one.
If you're dealing with this dealership, get everything in writing and don't take a "reservation" at face value — it may not mean what you think it means.
