We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our new Volkswagen Polo from Vertu Volkswagen Leeds. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, valued, and completely at ease. The whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
A special thank you to Daniel, the Manager, who was exceptional throughout the whole experience. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help really stood out. He made sure everything was dealt with efficiently and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy with our new car.
We would also like to give special recognition to Gurshran Kaur, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. As this was a new starter car, Gurshran made sure we had all the facilities and features we required and explained everything clearly, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.
Gurshran was also fantastic in helping us arrange the finance. She worked hard to find us a very good finance rate and made what can sometimes be a complicated process feel straightforward.
It is rare to come across such genuinely excellent customer service, and both Daniel and Gurshran deserve huge credit for the way they looked after us. They made us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale.
We are absolutely delighted with our new Polo and would highly recommend Vertu Volkswagen Leeds, especially Daniel and Gurshran, to anyone looking for a new car.

Smooth buying process
We went to buy a car after a previous dealer couldn't fulfil the deal agreed.
The process at VW was so different we went in, spoke to Daniel Gosling and gave him our wishlist and we walked out of the showroom 40 mins later with a date to pick our new car up by the end of the week.
Daniel kept us informed all the way through the process and we drove away with our new car, such an easy transaction and Daniel was absolutely brilliant, great customer service all round.

I received excellent service from Volkswagen. The team communicated well throughout the repair process and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The check-in and collection process was smooth, efficient, and very professional.
The only area for improvement would be keeping customers informed as early as possible if their car may need to be kept overnight. That said, I appreciate that this can be difficult to determine until the vehicle has been fully diagnosed.
Overall, a very positive experience with great customer service.

Lucas was great. Gave lots of info about the car we were looking at, discussed options with us and explained all the technical bits about the car's controls. Understood we were were having a very busy week and needed to sort the car quickly and did his absolute best to complete everything with the minimum of fuss.
