I have just purchased an approved used Audi vehicle from Vertu VW Lincoln and can honestly say its been the most stress free and smooth vehicle purchases ive ever made, especially considering it was a distance sale.
I would like to make a special mention to Roman Collins who dealt with sale from start to finish. Roman was friendly, efficeint, knowledgable and transparent, nothing was to much trouble.
Roman went above and beyond on the car even having a transmisson service done on the car at my request and at no extra charge.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to others for both new and used vehicles and make sure you ask for Roman...you wont regret it.

Made very welcome, staff were polite and courteous. special thanks to the salesman Roman, he was very helpful and went out of his way to make the experience of buying a new car a pleasure. Even when the original handover was delayed due to the car needing a software upgrade, Roman provided us with a courtesy car for the weekend.

Great vehicle buying experience
Have just taken delivery of my new T-roc and the service from Vertu Motors has been great from start to finish. Francesca has been fantastic to deal with and took extra time helping me set up my new car to my exact needs as well as picking up one of the 2 cars I was trading in from my home to save me an extra journey. Extremely helpful people who were polite and did their very best to deliver exactly what I wanted. After visiting another dealership in the area where we were treated with indifference it was a pleasure to walk into Vertu Lincoln and be welcomed by a friendly, enthusiastic group of people. I ordered the car I wanted and was kept fully informed about when it would be ready and what was happening to it. Pete & Christian were amazing all the way through the process. From getting me the right car to suit my needs at the right price and the right monthly payments I can’t fault them. Over the moon with my 75 plate Tiguan R-Line 272 BHP e-Hybrid and loving the drive and flexibility it gives me being a hybrid. My experience …
I had seen the car I was interested online prior to visiting the garage but from start to finish, Dan was friendly, professional and very helpful. There was no pressure to purchase the car but he answered all my questions clearly and I felt comfortable in making the decision.
The customer service was outstanding, he went through all the features and even welcomed my puppy, giving her treats and water.
