From the minute I parked up in the parking spot, they were welcoming & attentive. I explained what I was looking for, & they were very good to show me around. I found the car that ticked all my boxes. I was then sat down given a coffee & chatted about the next stage of the buying process. They looked around my car for part exchange & asked questions about my car. I was taken out for a test drive where we had a good route to drive the car. The value of my car was finalized whilst I was out. I was explained in detail all the forms that needed filling in. The car was ready for me to pick up in a great time scale that suited me. On collecting the car, time was spent going through all car controls which I really appreciated. It was a very smooth process & I am extremely grateful.

A very positive experience all round
This was out first modern automatic drive car (Volvo XC60) with many new features to learn about. We had owned our previous car (Ford Mondeo Estate) for some 12 years from new. The staff at the Vertu dealership were very helpful in explaining how the car worked and were very patient with us. We never felt under pressure to proceed with the sale or to purchase any extras in terms of support packages. We were very pleased to be able to make an informed choice. All our questions were answered openly and informatively. All options were explained. When we collected the car we were helped to learn how to handle the car and use the various features that it has. The follow up has also been positive.
