As I am close to your warehouse I was able to pick it up myself so I am unable to review shipping. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. The transaction was quick and with no issues. Putting the bench together was easy and it is very sturdy.

This brand sells faulty products. Their “commercial adjustable bench” is flimsy and not safe for heavy lifting. When contacted about the issue, they claimed it was because the bench was “simple” and “entry level”, which is not how the product is described on their website. They failed to offer a viable solution - re-boxing and returning a product from rural NSW, at my cost, is an absurd suggestion. Finally, they refused to post my review to their website despite my attempting to resolve the issue with them in good faith. Buyer beware - avoid this brand. Many superior brands out there that represent far, far better value for money.

EDIT: for anyone reading, please don’t be fooled by Verve’s hilarious attempt to gaslight people that they’re a “customer service first” company. I’ve noticed they’ve replied here some time ago and guess what??? My review is still not appearing on their product page - it’s been 4+ months!

“We’ve been engaged…” after I emailed and followed you up on multiple occasions. You only started to respond promptly after I came here and posted this review. Because you refused, and continue to refuse, to post my review on your website.

“Aligned with my expectations” my expectations were aligned with your product description on your website. Your product isn’t what you’ve described. Not exactly a hard concept, is it.

“As you chose…” you offered a completely ridiculous solution and only offered to pick up the expense for said solution, again, after I posted this review.

“Regarding your review” it’s still not there, a full 4+ months after posting it. And the two posted after mine was submitted are five star reviews; what an amazing coincidence!

Their last offer was a full refund for a return of the product (in its original box) or a “partial refund” that equates to roughly 20% of my original order cost. They committed to getting back to me on the original box issue. Guess what?? Crickets; no follow up at all.

Please avoid this joke of a company. At all costs. There are so many better out there at far more competitive prices. Their products are substandard and they misrepresent them.

The commercial half rack is next level. It's well grounded, extremely sturdy and stands stately awaiting abuse.
I've wanted this for years and finally had the funds to purchase it along with the dip attachment and commercial FID bench. The dip attachment is almost a rack itself! Heavy duty and designed well.
The bench is rock solid and finished very nicely. Very smooth motion when adjusting seat positions.
The team was friendly and the warehouse staff member very helpful assisting me to load my ute.
