They didn't ship the shoes anywhere close to the time stated on the website, so I wanted to cancel the order. You cannot get customer support! There is only AI, it took an incredible amount of time to talk to a real person, I think it is made difficult on purpose.
When I finally did they said they would cancel and refund my order. Well guess what, two days later the shoes finally shipped, weeks after I asked for a refund.
Avoid at all costs! Maybe the worst customer service I've ever had.

wonderful, comfortable shoes. Customer service is top notch. Dont wear any other brand of shoes than Vessi.
Ordered a pair of shoes during their Black Friday event on November 29 for a birthday in the second week of December. Despite being local, I've yet to see anything happen with my order. It hasn't shipped yet, so I had to buy another pair of shoes for the birthday yesterday or show up empty-handed. The kicker? I can't cancel this order that I no longer need. Instead, I have to wait (God knows how long) until I finally get my delivery to return the shoes and get a refund. Absolutely awful and unacceptable. To make things worse, they must have sent me at least 15 irrelevant marketing emails since my purchase. Newsflash: I don't care about your new releases and how awesome your product is when you're seemingly unable to fulfill my order.

Shoes are nice when first worn but once you get any dirt on them, they’re hard to get off. Clothes are pricey for what they are, too. They also keep sending you emails to buy more shoes, but it takes forever for them to process and ship them. Why keep asking people to buy when you can’t even keep up with the demand? I wish they were more upfront about how long it will take to receive your order when you are ordering. My friend ordered some shoes 3 weeks before a trip, thinking it would arrive by then. Wrong! Their AI bot said “it would be unlikely to arrive before” the day he was going to leave. He might as well have bought something from temu instead! I would avoid this company until they get their act together.
I like a pair of shoes I bought before. Hence I put in an order for 3 pairs during Black Friday (in November 21, 2025). They are still not shipped, it has been 20 days since.
Their customer service kept telling me that they received too many orders, which I completely understand and expect. The problem is WHY DON'T THEY HIRE MORE PEOPLE/PART-TIMERs to fulfill the job? It's Black Friday, they had a good sale off, it's all predictable and could be avoidable.
Ordered on November 24, 2025. Still waiting for the delivery. Contacted their useless AI Customer service with the lame excuse of being back logged due to the Black Friday sale. I responded that is totally unacceptable and a lame excuse. Demanded a refund. They came back with a partial refund of $20.34. Then today they had the audacity to ask me to review their customer service. Like others, still waiting with no update of an expected delivery date.

sales staff very helpful. i tried one pair of shoes on my treadmill at home. it rubbed my heel so i returned them. i bought chelse black on black boots. wear them all the time. i love to walk outside and now have comfortable rain proof boots
Since last year been purchasing shoes not just for me but also for my nephews in which until now they've been enjoying. The shoes are durable and true to what they say, it's water proof.
The shipping is fast, online shopping is great, no hassle and convenient.
I purchased a pair and after wearing them for around 20 minutes, they got really uncomfortable. Trying to remove them or put them on was also extremely time consuming. I tried returning them and the manager claimed that the 20 minutes of wear meant they could not be sold again. Honestly, they are expensive and not easy to wear. The customer service is abysmal.

The shoes and boots really are waterproof but somehow, they do not make my feet sweat. Not sure how they do it but they do. Have used my shoes, sneakers and boots for everything from taking my dog for a walk or the dog park to travelling to Antarctica. Have also stood in a classroom for more than 8 eight hours and still they are comfortable. Have at least 8 different pairs at this point.

I recently purchased a pair of Vessi shoes. I was really enjoying them but after only a few short weeks the loophole in the back of my slip ons became detached. I reached out to Vessi and after completing the warranty form online and sending the details to the Vessi team one of the team members reached out to me and said they would sent me a replacement pair. I asked if they required my old pair back and they told me that it wasn't necessary and to keep them. That was 2 days ago and today I recieved my new pair.
I am so impressed with the company and the excellent customer service I received.
They really stand behind their product.

Such a poor customer/marketing service. Welcome to the 21st century, where even talking to a human agent becomes challenging ! A week has passed since my first email, and despite another further attempt, at the time of writing, I still haven't heard anything back from a Human Agent. All I get is a AI generated answer, which just keeps repeating itself. AI, definitely a leveling down. One of the worse customer service I had ever experienced. I would be very careful before buying any of their products, as you might end up in the same situation in case you are experiencing any issues.
