WE ARE A SMALL 3 MAN IRONWORKS MANUFACTURING QUALITY BRITISH STOVES. We have picked up some poor review latley as out order book whent from 25 to 475 in 1 week. We are getting stoves out as fast as humanly possible :-) We do not have office staff. We make quality products at affordable prices but do not have manned phonelines or a receptionist. During the COVID crisis we kindly ask customers to deal with us by email allowing us to carry on manufacturing and answer emails after hours. Our Fiesta Garden Stove is excellent quality and looks fantastic in our outdoor kitchen. Excellent customer service from John and delivery was prompt.
Looking through these reviews, there is plainly a theme of poor communication, excuses and a solid pattern of failure to deliver within a reasonable timescale to their customers. The companies comment opposite is still quoting Covid some four years on - a similar timetable to their deliveries perhaps! My order was taken and sent the following day. However the couriers diverted it to a different address according to the owners. Oddly enough, I. See that this excuse has been used before and that there was no notice of dispatch or delivery from the courier. Indeed, there appears to be further confusion as to who the courier was? In the beginning it was Parceline and then it became the Post Office in later correspondence. Clearly they are happy to lose their product as their solution was to make another the following day. If they did, it must have been so good that they decided to keep it instead, although they did claim it was being delivered the following day then I spoke with them on the phone at the end of January. I don’t know whether to be angry with them or just simply feel pity at this rather juvenile set of excuses and the way they run their business. I’m now off to explain all this to the bank in order to get my money back. More of my time spent on Vesta Stoves lack of sincerity and competence. If you are reading this in advance of a sale, I suggest that you take heed and go elsewhere. If you have already placed an order and are wondering what’s happening, then you have my sympathy. Caveat Emptor!

Emailed the company requesting further information on installing a V2 stove in my garden room. Two weeks later I have had no response. So I will not be buying a stove with this company. I will be buying and Ekol Apple Pi Stove instead as this company have answered all my queries immediately and have brilliant customer service.
Ordered the bushmaster stove with a flue kit, after a phone call due to it being late, I finally recieved it.
Installed recently into a shepards hut, flue kit was great, high quality.
The stove looks great, sadly the front air vent is a little inadequate to supply enough oxygen into the fire box to enable a good burn. I opened the hut door, and then the stove door! but it struggled to stay alight without constant supervision.
In my experience, it needs a low adjustable air vent, as the one positioned above the glass simply isn't big enough, or installed that well.
The hut is well ventilated and my fire wood was bone dry from my off cuts bag, stored inside. Bit disappointing really, given the cost, I think its overpriced
I wish I'd sourced another manufacturer, and I wouldnt buy again in the future.
Would be really nice if they provided after sales service or actually responded when verbally promised tineither a telephone call or email...
The stove arrived earlier than we expected which was great. It was interesting to see it was posted from Wigan- my husband's birthplace!
We are delighted with the sturdiness and appearance of the stove. It was lit for the first time last night-(yes I know we are having a heat wave) and it really performed well. Looking forward to trying it in cooler weather!

Purchased Vesta garden stove and had it fitted today, the fitter was great turned up promptly fitted the stove whilst keeping us informed throughout the fit to ensure it was fitted to our specification whilst remaining safe. Stove itself looks amazing. From the start the process has been seamless and considering this is a small company who make the stoves it has only taken a few weeks from purchase to fit date. We would definitely recommend and use Vesta stoves again.
Bought a Vesta Garden stove last summer and absolutely love it after seeing a friends one. It's perfect to sit outside with and produces more heat than expected. The product came promptly and I've had good customer service all the way along.
After much research, I was unable to find any other suppliers who were providing the same quality and cost, so I placed my first order for an outdoor stove. The stove arrived, was easy to assemble and has been a great investment, its is used often. I was so happy with the product, I ordered a 2nd outdoor stove for my back garden. Highly recommended.
ordered fire bricks in December, stating they'd be delivered in January..... after numerous calls saying they'd been dispatched (and emails not replied to)
eventually (according to them on 3rd dispatch) we received them mid February.
Communication and customer service is terrible. It a shame as the stove its self is great for the summerhouse.
I didn’t get them for free! I paid £80

I ordered a multi fuel fire grate for my V4 stove - not received - no reply to calls or several emails - got one reply to email saying it had been dispatched and was held by Evri and that they would send a replacement - over a month later still no replacement or grate, no reply to emails or calls.

If there was 0-stars I would have chosen this. The worst company, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is a rude liar. I’m not going to give personal circumstance relating to my order as I do not trust him. Read the reviews, my experience Mirrors that of others that have written, in terms of poor communication, lack of delivery of product when agreed and no communication when situations changed. He was very good at replying and being effective prior to order. Save yourself the stress of having to deal with him.
All negative reviews are correct in my experience of this company.Ordered October no communication on scheduled date in November .Cancelled in December. Refund given next day but in the form of E cheque so 5 /7 working days to clear(unable to order new fire in the coldest 2weeks -11degrees) no way to treat O.A.PPs AVOID
Once again a shocking customer service experience for us. Still waiting 2 years for a care pack, despite it supposedly only taking 5 seconds to use!!!
IT HAS RUSTED TERRIBLY IN JUST TWO YEARS. This has been despite it being covered.
There must be better companies out there if you need to purchase one. Also the wrong size pizza stone was supplied and believe it or not, we have only just come to try it out. What a shambles of a company!
Below here the company have responded and yet still they have not mentioned our long awaited care pack. Despite their comments - it is RUST!. Unfortunately we are unable to upload photos here. My advice remains the same - to use a more reputable company.

We ordered with this company back in Aug and waited patiently 6 weeks for the wood burner to be delivered! That date came and gone, we asked for updates to be told just awaiting paint! So after receiving another delivery date 3 days later (which I tock off work again to receive , and put back the fitter) still no fire , no communication this time till 9 in the eve to blame pallet company?? Next day received a call from delivery company wanting to deliver, I’m at work!! Spoke to delivery company , hadn’t received fire till that day so more lies from Vesta. Surprise surprise, no glass!!!! And no answers from Vesta only it will be with u today , for 2 whole weeks, even blagging texts from delivery company! After a message Vesta slipped up and revealed glass company name whom we rang to be told glass had only just been ordered and they have a backlog!!!! Vesta still saying it will be on the way?! Finally arrives 3 weeks late and we are unable to get it fitted now due to our fitters unavailability! If u like ur sanity and have any type anxiety, never order from here !!! Absolute liars!! Can’t comment on fire as not able to get it fitted till 🤷🏻♀️ But if when paying for fire on a Saturday eve around 9 and trouble with credit card payment , they personally message u instantly to tell u prob with payment! Funny that …….

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for A wood burner and delivered on time what more could you want.
Only a low value order placed in Jan 21 - £51 including postage. It's now September 22 and despite numerous emails, unanswered calls and messages, we still have received nothing. I'm glad I didn't buy a stove but nevertheless this small 'business' are taking people's money on false promises and no customer service whatsoever
I am very disappointed with this company. My £1500 order was not delivered and the company has not responded to my requests for contact. I wish I had been more thorough and read the experiences of others on review websites.
