Rubbish

The bag from coccinelle I ordered was so worn with bad odour nothing to do with the description like new and the pics. Just lost of mine. I can’t imagine that someone can sell such a rubbish.
The bag from Trussardi was with a defect.
The only thing I liked so far and was like in the pics are the sunnies. I lose more than 120€ for rubbish.

The seller was absolutely brilliant!

The seller was absolutely brilliant, ensured the package was sufficient packed and they had photos to show condition! I will say the item arrived within the delivery dates set and are truly beautifully designed! I will recommend buying from Vestiaire Collection! Very positive experience had!

My experience is rated "good" not…

My experience is rated "good" not excellent as I normally do with Vestaire. While I was glad to find the shoe that's discontinued, the packaging was concerning. I can't attach a picture but the package arrived in a regular show box with the open holes on the side, no protective cover. What if it had been raining or something spilled in it during the delivery process. I recommend better, safer packaging as I don't trust the delivery companies in handling packages.

The bag was not in "Very Good Condition" at all

I found that the bag I purchased was in much worse shape than the owner described "Very Good Condition". She purposedly did not show the wear on the leather or the condition of the inside. Very, very disappointed. And also disappointed to learn that my only recourse was to list it myself to sell.....which would have to be at a much lower price than what I paid. I felt that this seller misrepresented her bag and that makes me hesitant about future sellers.

high fees

I had a nice experience with the buyer, but in my opinion the taxes on this app are quite high both for the seller and the buyer. The delivery process takes a while, even if the distance is not that far (meanwhile same part of the continent).
