Great to receive the item in a timely manner.
The price of the item was great, the later added shipping cost way too high for a parcel of 0.5 kg. Same the import duty calculated only when checking out made the item very expensive in the end.
The service was good though and I am very pleased the purchase!

Delivered and nothing other than a clear, white garbage bag and inside was garbage
I had an expensive Versace bag delivered to me through the mail in a clear white plastic bag with nothing else no other protection nothing. The bag was missing the strap which was not mentioned in the listing, and they were marked that were more prominent than we’re showing in the photos And it was not written in the description. I felt like the garbage bag was disrespectful and the product was not even close to worth the price.

Good Platform, But Fees Affect Sales
I believe sales would be much stronger if the platform reduced fees. Charging fees to both buyers and sellers makes transactions harder and increases the gap between the final price and what sellers actually receive. Lower fees could encourage more activity and benefit everyone
