I experienced my account being hacked and my payment details being used to pay for an order. They failed to stop it and my bank provided a refund. I then deactivated my account as I did not feel like the platform was secure, and they failed to deal with the hacking in any way at all.
21 days later I got a notification advising there was suspicious activity on my (now deactivated) account. I enquired as to why this was and I got two conflicting messages back, neither of which answered the question. (One said “it takes 30 days to delete your account, so it’s not been deleted yet.” One said “we’ve already deleted your account so we can’t advise what happened”)
Do not expect rational, intelligent responses from their customer service, they barely read information you send them before providing an apparently random, irrelevant response. They will take 24 hours to tell you “sorry nothing we can do”
No doubt I’ll get a placeholder reply to this review that also fails to even recognise what I have said within it.
(I still don’t know why my deactivated account has “been suspended”, or what activity prompted that…I guess we’ll never know. I also have my doubts as to whether my account will actually be deleted as requested, which feels borderline illegal.)
My daughter loves the bag and it shipped super quick. Great seller.

I love all the items that I have bought from you but i don't like the fact that some items after paying for it, they will cancel the order then refund after 7 days or so and you will lose the shipment fee.

Couldn’t switch transaction from web to app after they strongly urged me to switch. Lost deal. Lost 1st time buyer 10%. No one helped after lengthy chat session waisting my time. Was told they’re documenting my misfortune as a learning example so they could improve future customers’ experiences. You’re welcome for paying for that education for you. Was told someone would be in contact. Never heard back. There is a deadline on deals.

Labeled a bag as “very good condition”, admitted it was labeled wrong, and was delivered a ripped bag that somehow passed the quality control I paid extra for. Customer service acknowledged they were wrong but because of one picture that does not even show that the bag is ripped they said they could not help. Will never use this site again that represents itself as an elite third party seller.

Item came strongly smelling of cigarette smoke and perfume. It was not listed by the seller. They said that that was fine because the seller listed the quality as good and they didn’t think the rest needed to be mentioned.
