Price renegotiation
I have no complaints about the service. My comment refers to the possibility to re-negotiate the price upon receiving the authenticity report. The size of the ring, which I have ordered turned out to be 2 (!) sizes smaller then it was announced. And I will need to spend additional 100-200 euro for adjusting it to my finger.

The buyer then has 72 hours to either accept the revised description at the same price or cancel the order for a full refund.

I really enjoy using the platform. I sell some of my own personal items that I no longer use, and I also buy quite a few second-hand pieces on here.
I love the idea of giving things a second life instead of just throwing them away or always buying new. It’s better for the environment, helps reduce waste, and you can find some really lovely things for great prices too.
So far, I’ve had a really positive experience both buying and selling. It’s easy to use, practical, and a much more conscious way to shop.
