I would give MINUS 1,000 if I could - AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Utter scammers. Wrong item arrived and was also over a week later than estimated, and even after emailing them pictures of their item on their own website, my order, AND the item that arrived WITH THEIR DETAILS they still denied it was incorrect.
THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME after I paid to send the item back as they claim they have not received it...
That was when they actually chose to reply with anything other than a generic 'Hello Dear' reply.
They seem like they literally know they're scamming you too, judging by their communication modus operandi.

SCAM. Would give negative stars if I could. Item turned up late and I sent back. No refund and every reply is generic one.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Terrible service. So similar to others here. I think they make their money on charging extortionate fees for express delivery and sending items by the cheapest route. Then 50 emails back and forth to avoid enabling a refund, asking repeated questions that I've already answered - painful. Still awaiting instructions on how to return the item which arrived too late, and still fighting to get a refund on the "express" delivery fee - painful awful company do not use!

Absolute SCAM of a company

Absolute SCAM of a company, have been reported.

Purchased a product 5 weeks ago, couldn’t provide me with any delivery details just a general generated response about 5-10 business days. Once the bank have been contacted the company sent multiple emails saying I have requested a refund but will be taking 10% for there delivery costs. I have never received any products and they ignore any response. Obviously the refund hasn’t even come back, the website is a complete scam and the location of occurs in central London are false.

I wanted to return an item. We exchanged many messages, and they kept insisting that I accept a 10%, 15%, 20%, or 25% refund. I refused because I wanted a full refund. I asked for the return address, which I never received, so I sent the item back to the return address on the package, after which they stopped responding. After 10 days of silence, they wrote that they could offer me a 10% refund, even though I had already returned the costume a long time ago!
I’m lucky that Monzo Bank issued a full refund after such a long time

I ordered a Halloween costume 10 days before Halloween. I paid priority shipping. My parcel took over 20 days to arrived and they will not refund my shipping costs. Their customer services never answer the phone and initial emails were not answered within the 24 hours stated. Avoid

This is the worst company to order from! Ordered a costume from their website and when it came it was nothing like the picture! They falsely advertise they are based in the UK and if you want to return you have to return back to China. Their customer service is appalling!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful service

Ordered a fancy dress costume and paid for express delivery. 11 days on i am still waiting.
When emailed they just said standard delivery takes up to 8 days. They ignore the questions you ask. I jist wanted a refund because I missed the deadline I needed it for. Terrible service.

Absolutely horrendous company

Absolutely horrendous company. Firstly, the product we purchased is nothing like the pictures demonstrated on the website. They look completely different, and the items sent were too small. When I asked them to return the item soon after for a refund, they said they could only refund 30%. If I wanted the full refund, I would have to pay around £40 in postage to China, even though they sent it from the UK. This is a lesson to please be careful with these websites and make sure they are reliable, unlike this piece of garbage site

I would leave a negative review if I could order placed over a month ago still not arrived requested a refund and they took 10% off my refund amount I have emailed 10 times asking for complaint dept or I will be taking legal action but they chose to avoid this every time . Avoid. Been trying to organise a return for an item I bought for Halloween that arrived late. Constantly being given the runaround and even offered 20% refund to keep the item.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

I am a complete idiot for not checking these reviews before using this company. Their customer service is beyond terrible,they keep replying to me completely avoiding what I am writing and my questions, queries. I paid express shipping and of course nothing happened, the costume still has not arrived, 3rd of November, so Halloween of course was not happening. I keep trying to get a refund process started and they reply with some bullshit every time instead of helping. I am going to report this company.

Horrendous! I paid for express 7 days ago! It should have arrived by Friday the company has cancelled my order and now refusing to give me all my money back and charged me 10% even though I have had no parcel or money returned!
