Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered a costume for Halloween, which I paid quite a lot for, but was happy to because the item on their website looked worth the money. A knock off, cheap, nasty imitation was sent.
I contacted the company to say I wasn’t paying for the item and would to return the item and would like a refund only to be offered a partial refund and told to keep the item. Company kept saying the right item was sent, even when I sent them pictures to provide proof that the item was a cheap knock off.
I reiterated after the second “partial refund” email that I didn’t want the item and wanted the returns label paid for too. I was told I had to cover the returns cost.
Do not buy from this company and avoid at all costs.

Not able to put no star rating.
My ordered a batman costume . First time he has tried to buy anything and he has been scammed. Do not use thus company. Phone number doesn't work they do not email back. How can you rip off people let alone a child. Disgusting people.

Can’t believe I didn’t check here before I ordered.
Total scam company. I ordered using the shop app to pay, for some reason I thought this would be a protection against scams. No contact despite me emailing. Paid for premium delivery. No despatch or detail weeks later.

Absolute joke of a company. 10 days went by with no update to my order. I contacted them and was told “our team will provide tracking once available”. This didn’t happen.

They then had the audacity to charge me a 10% cancellation fee for process and handling… they didn’t do anything other than give false information and digitally accept me order.

Avoid at all costs

Horrible company! My order was over 2 weeks late and damaged when it finally arrived. The customer service is terrible and doesn’t answer your questions. I will never use this company ever again. Not worth the headache

Unfortunately I purchased a Childs toy from vestoy and when it was delivered it was in an awful condition—the box was completely destroyed, making it impossible to gift. After several emails, pictures and requests for the damaged toy to be returned and I get a refund, they flat-out refused giving only nonsense responses.
I’ve had to report them to Trading Standards and involve my bank to get this sorted.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks, trying to get updates from the company is a challenge to say the least. Tracking details have been provided that don’t work, I would recommend avoiding this company…

I ordered a halloween costume but after seeing the negative reviews, I cancelled my order. Despite me doing this within some hours, and my order hasn’t actually been packaged or shipped, a 10% charge was taken out of my refund. This has never happened with any other website. Don’t bother ordering a thing from here.

I had an order returned to them by the postman and despite 6 emails requesting re delivery of my order I did not receive . Their communication is extremely poor and knowledge lacking . Do not use this company if you value good service .

Please don't use this company if there is an alternative, the customer service is poor. Ordered 9 days ago with express delivery, upon chasing told it was in transportation but didn't have tracking details- lie? Miraculously, next day it was posted but with Standard Delivery 5 to 10 business days to deliver- too late for purpose. Absolute waste of time. Pretends to be a London company but ships from China, ashamed to say I fell for it with the promise of express delivery. I wouldn't waste your time or money.

Ordered an item with express delivery. 17 days later still hasn’t arrived. Only reply I’ve received is saying they will get it to to me as soon as they can depending on location. Awful service. Had to buy a replacement and will no longer need item but won’t respond to emails. Don’t waste your money.

After placing the order I realised that products were shipped out of China so I sent them an email to cancel the order 2 minutes later. They replied the next day while the payment was still pending saying that the shipment was on the way and they didn’t let me cancel it. I received the order in 10 days which is not too bad for the price and it looks like the genuine Catan board game but they shipped it without any protective box, they just put it in a plastic bag and ship it so the box arrived with marks from the travelling.

First of all , the orders come from China yet on their website it states London . I ordered a building set for my grandson . When it arrived a large part of the set was missing . I contacted the company and the wouldn't replace the set and the only way they would give me a refund is if I paid for the toy to go back to China . Don't waste your money on buying toys from this company
