I bought a cashmere scarf... It has arrived which is great... I saw a lot of reviews that were slating them as a scam.... The scarf advert says it's 100% cashmere... There's no label... Maybe it is... But after seeing these reviews and where it was shipped from, I now wonder. Anyway it is a lovely product, I hope it is what I paid for. They did provide shipping details when I asked. They were polite in their responses... Just a bit of a doubt. I was constantly worried I had been scammed just by the reviews here. But it did arrive....had to chase the delivery company too who were urvaam or something like that... Just all seemed a little dodgy. But like I say, it's here

I am sharing my experience to help other customers make an informed decision.

I placed an order on December 3rd when the product was clearly marked as in stock. After weeks without receiving the package and with unclear tracking information, I was informed that the shipment had been lost.

VestraGear initially confirmed that a replacement would be sent at no additional cost, but after several follow-ups and delays, I was later told that the product is now out of stock and therefore cannot be replaced.

I find this unacceptable, as the item was available at the time of purchase and the delay was not caused by me. At this point, I have requested an immediate full refund, which I am still waiting to receive.

Unfortunately, this experience has shown poor order management and very slow resolution. I recommend caution before ordering until these issues are addressed.

Terrible service, slow. They did answer my emails, but unable to help and refused to give me a refund. My shipment took over 1 month to get to me, unacceptable. Quality of the product not that good either. I would not buy again from this store.

They are criminals. They sent me a very cheap version from China of an expensive lamp and then stop communicating when asked for the money back.

Wrong item sent, straight from China. they are not replying to emails at all! Wasted money. They are not following customer rights.

This online store is a Scam. While they may look legit because it is a Shopify store, they are not. I ordered an item but it was not delivered. Tried reaching out to them via email and they replied quickly. Their solution was to resend my order, however this also did not look real, as the tracking link they sent in the second order was the exact same as the first.
The initial tracking link and code was for Super Parcel, but upon research the code and the link were fake. Did more research on the KVK website and found this store belongs to Hoogerwerf Enterprise in Oud-Beijerland. Further research led me to other reviews where a customer said they shopped from a different store owned by the same people but also never received their products or a refund. After letting Vestragear know I want a refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Their telephone number also does not work.

Do not buy from this store.
