Silly amount of packaging!
Good service but the TNT delivery took 4-5 days.
It came in ridiculous packaging for a packet of pills. A paper bag in a small box with air filled pillows. All it needed was an envelope as it had a bubble wrap bag. Unnecessary packaging would of meant delivery was free, which could of been offered.

Always excellent customer service. My dog needs a very specific food due to severe allergies, they were out of stock on the site, so they sourced some urgently and had it delivered within 2 days.
Would highly recommend.
