I ordered some specific veterinary food…
I ordered some specific veterinary food for my cat. The manufacturers suddenly stopped providing it and Amanda at Vet on the Net immediately contacted me. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund or order a slightly different version - which I did. I received an immediate refund of the difference. I was contacted on several occasions to keep me aware of the progress of the order; I received within a couple of days.
I really felt I was being treated as a person, so unlike many online companies these days and it was nice to know it is real people at the other end. Extremely good service - very pleased!
