Excellent customer service - was messaged by Amanda who advised my order/product choice was temporarily out of stock - she liaised on my behalf with a qualified vet/colleague who recommended an alternative but equally effective product for my poorly hound - shipped without delay and my account refunded with the cost difference - was kept informed throughout, treated with empathy and courtesy and was messaged again when products for my original order were back in stock.

Always first class service from vet on the net from ordering to delivery. Im a frequent and returning customer now and its always a pleasure to deal with any of the team. If you can't find something just ask and they will help as much as they can. Superb customer service and miles ahead of the competition in terms of service and price. Im always reassured with my delivery as they use trusted delivery companies. Prescriptions dealt with promptly and efficiently. I think they are simply the best.

Good, timely service

Fantastic surgery
Fantastic looked after my baby fantastically during suspicious mass and spay operation in an emergency after surgery waited on a Sunday till gone 3pm to check my baby and to give them praise is not enough the mass was benign thank you guys for your love care and commitment to our babies xx 😚 ❤️ xx
