I stumbled across Vets Food World when searching for a specialist food for my skittish old terrier. Their site is very easy to access and so straight forward that I'd ordered the food within seconds of finding them. The food I ordered was competitively priced and I was delighted by the remarkable speed of delivery... Something other companies can't match usually. The customer service was really prompt and helpful at every stage and I was thrilled with my purchases especially as my elderly dog has now started eating again having discovered a new tasty nutritious food that helps keep him calm too. I'll certainly be back for all my food requirements and am grateful for super service and great value.

I have been ordering a veterinary diet for my dog who is food intolerant from Vets Food World for over a year and until now had no complaint except for my last order which should have arrived Friday 22nd May before the bank holiday. Every order I took delivery of arrived between 9am and 10am. When the order did not arrive I phoned Customer Services at 12.15 and was not impressed with the attitude of Customer Services - they could have checked dispatch - they did not. After waiting all day I phoned again at 5.45 - I spoke to the same woman who then decided to get in touch with the delivery firm who had closed so she sent an email to their closed office! Anyone can make a mistake but I felt they really didn't care. The next day (Saturday) I called the delivery company and they had nothing for delivery to me. There was no apology, nothing from Vets Food World. The order that should have arrived last Friday arrived today Wednesday which I refused having had to involve my Vet I had made other arrangements.

Very good quarter of the price in the shops

I needed to order a fair amount of a certain hypoallergenic food to take for my super fussy spaniel on a 3 week trip over to Europe. The website showed an excellent price but the one I needed was out of stock. I emailed Vets Food World in the evening to find out if they had any idea when they would have stock available. Somebody emailed back the next morning saying "give it an hour and you will be able to place an order". I placed the order at lunchtime and the food arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service- I will definitely use Vets Food World again.
