Very confusing!deliveries appeared to come in two parts from two apparently companies both showing the same invoice amounts.It looked as though my order had been charged twice .
They really need to sort out their confirmation of order and delivery schedule.No answer when you try to phone,just a"no one is available to take your call".

Needed to get my dog on her diet a.s.a.p so ordered her dog food (metabolic plus) which is not all that easy to get hold of actually with it being a new food, but Vets Food World had it in stock for an excellent price which was delivered extremely quickly plus with being a first order got another discount as well,,, brilliant will def use again

Disappointing Delivery/Service
When I received a delivery it contained an invoice for the total order I had placed, which made me think that half my order was missing. When I phoned in to query this, I was informed that the rest of my order was due to be delivered the next day (all day delivery), therefore I felt able to go out for the rest of the day. The second delivery took place that afternoon and not the next day. I am very disappointed at the confusing invoice information and the incorrect delivery details being provided. The products may be good, I have yet to try them; unfortunately mine has not been the best customer experience.
