A good experience, but having access to tracking information on food orders would be very useful so can see where order has got too at any time. This is standard practice for other online cat food purchases made elsewhere.

Love them and great service only thing is they should provide discounts to repeat customers which is disappointing that they don't. I spend nearly £100 a month on prescription food
