Goods 100% OK the complaint was about the carriers of this shipment, who left the goods by the side of the house in the rain, with no note through the door to say ,that they had been left there ( parcels just fell apart when collected after seeing them there ) The note I left with this order :- Leave in the porch if not in. I reported this to the Vets Food World by telephone ,but I didn't get a reply from them after they said they would check with the carriers and ring me back It was a good thing this food was in sealed plastic bags by Hills Foods ,{ otherwise a big bill for somebody }
