Delivery of goods
I have just received a part order of dog food and treats. I have not had any explanation as to why the order is not complete. I have one tray of Lily's lamb hotpot and duck pet munchies outstanding. I would appreciate an explanation as to why items are missing from box.

I apologise for the problems encountered. The Pet Munchies are sent separately to the food, this is stated in red on the product page. All treats and accessories are sent separately to food. You can find more about this on our Delivery page or in our Terms & Conditions.
Some of the lily’s kitchen was out of stock and you should have received an email notifying you of this. The email was sent to the one we have on your records. The missing food was despatched the day after and should now have been received.

The last order we received was left in our blue recycle bin, if I had been on my own I would not have been able to get it out as it was jammed in. There was n need for this as I was n and he did nothing the bell, and I had visitors who had used the bell that day.

Never failed to be impressed with the speed of deliveries!
