Accidentally ordered a dog food for subscription, the second I was notified I messaged. I only received a reply after it had already been delivered. Upon delivery, I had ordered this to go to my parents address as I’m working. DHL delivery driver didn’t knock on door, dumped dog food on driveway and fraudulently signed for ‘meg’, again he didn’t even knock & I don’t live at that address, also I never sign my name as ‘Meg’ it’s always my full name. So after getting a reply from VetShop regarding this, they arranged for the parcel to be collected by DHL, I had them cancel on collection 3 times on after another. Finally DHL came back to pick up collection, didn’t give my mum a receipt and went. Now VetShop are telling me the parcel hasn’t been collected or the collection hasn’t been logged, so I’m unable to get a refund and now they’ve stopped replying to me. £45 down and nothing to show for it. I’ve ordered from this company many times and never had these issues, I feel really let down over this experience and will NEVER be ordering from here again.

Only got half of my order only got Naturo boxes of wet food didn’t get Rodeo chicken or beef rodeos so emailed them and heard nothing back so very dissapointed

First time I have used this website ,I ordered dog worming tablets for one my dogs . After giving some information about my dog , the order. went through . They arrived quite quickly

The package was delivered with a significant damage. There was a delay in the delivery. I emailed them, bounced back twice. There is no email you can write to, only way is to write on -contact us. I wrote there with pics and video and had no reply back from them and its one month now.

Excellent service. I have been using them for a while now for our Hills dog food. The website is easy to use. The prices are very competitive. The delivery was excellent with the items being wrapped very well and delivered in plenty of time. Would recommend this company.

Great price fast delivery

Very wide range of products available and at competitive prices. I regularly purchase the Peckish fat balls from them as they are such a bargain price and always prompt delivery. Sadly we don't have our other animals now but I used to purchase cat and rabbit food from them as well for the same reasons. Extra benefit if you sign up to the subscription scheme too.

On the day I ordered Vetshop had the most competitive price for Specific Allergen Managent wet food for my dog.I found their website easy to navigate, ordering was easy and email confirmation immediate. It arrived when it was due to be delivered so an excellent experience for a first time customer. I did find that the box that the product was packed in was rather large for the items but only a minor point. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I have brought from Vetshop ever since I homed Splodge from Cats Protection. I buy the recommended dry cat food Proplan Renal plus in the 10Kg bag on the repeat order discount account. My order varies so not a set date which Vetshop allow. This time as the current bag a quarter full I thought I’d try the promo offer. It didn’t work online. I called and my call answered fast by a delightful lady who gave me a new discount code which worked. The delivery was spot on too. Thank you. I will be back.
