First order was easy.
I look forward to continuing to order the Neovet Flea And Worming for my 2 dogs.

Web site is messy. Automatic continuous filling of the search bar is very annoying. Didn't stock something I want. Discount code wouldn't apply - why advertise it if you wont apply it? Prices seem OK but I can buy at a slightly better price (less than $5 difference) at my local pet store. Interested to see how long delivery takes. Wanting to use a OTP seemed to confuse the system for several minutes so the whole process took longer than it should have. I started to shop elsewhere and then it came up allowing me to not open an account.

I live in the country and with Vet Supply I get the best products and pricing too my door for my best friends.

Be weary buying from this company. They will take the order and not supply. It seems hoping that you will forget the order. They will only refund if you contact them. Very disappointed as they just create an excuse with very little remorse. Poor business ethics. Another company going down the bad business route.

I purchased my order on 19/11/24 and it was supposedly shipped on 21/11/24 (after multiple follow ups) it is now 18/12/24 and I have still not received my order.

I have emailed Vet Supply multiple times, only to be told it was shipped on 21/11/24 blaming Australia Post is having staff shortages and high volume of mail. (Personally I don’t believe they even ship with Australia Post, as I have ordered multiple items in December and Australia Post has delivered them in a timely manner.

I have had to order the tablets from Pet Circle which arrived in 2 days.

I am always happy to give companies the benefit of the doubt but will not purchase from here again.

I'm a returning customer. I placed an order for my pet to be delivered to the United States. My product show as mailed. However, i've repeatedly requested for tracking information and have not received any response. I ordered over 10 days ago. My previous order from last year was promptly answered and the tracking information was provided. My order date was Nov 5, 2024. it is now Nov 18, 2024. I know it may take 10 to 15 days as mentioned but they should provide the information i asked or at least reply to my emails.

Received order and box was opened both ends with sticky tape. Tried to ring 10 times. A giu answered twice then hung up on me.

ordered product website says 24hours from placing order to shipping. then i find out they are awaiting product from manufactor, so took over 2 weeks to get

I returned wrong size order of Nexgard 5 weeks ago. I'm certain return address was correct and my return address was clearly stated on envelope. No tracking as went normal post. They say they haven't received it which may be true. Has anyone else had this issue?

I placed my order on the 11/9 and I didn't receive it until the 20/9. I did contact Vetsupply on the 19th to see where my parcel was as I was desperately needing it. As I am only 3 hours up the road this is not acceptable when parcels can be delivered in 2 days from other companies. Fastway Couriers could very much be to blame but if Vetsupply chooses to use them for their deliveries then that's on them. I will never buy from vetsupply again I don't care how cheap they are. 9 days for delivery is unacceptable when we are so close.

While the product quality was satisfactory, the delivery time was disappointing. Despite them stating it would take around 3 to 10 days, my order took longer than that. Considering I live in a metropolitan area, such delays are unacceptable. If you need your items in a timely manner, I’d recommend avoiding this site.

Ordered 12 Nexguard Spectra for our dog in late June. Four 3-packs arrived, but 5 tablets will expire before they can be used (Feb 2025). Attempted to contact VS by phone, chat, DM and email--no response at all.

No confirmation email, no updates, didn’t even know if my order was received until I called days later. Postage was slow. Won’t order from them again.

Certainly most Vet Supply prices are lower than its competitors, although I've found the Orders take much longer to arrive; up to two weeks compared to a couple of days; I was not impressed with the packaging. I ordered Flea & Tick control chews. The item's packet had been squashed flat to fit into a small post envelope. Thankfully, it didn't look like the chews were damaged.

They make vet meds much more accessible! I have never had a bad experience with this company. From reading the reviews on TP, it seems like customers should 1. Purchase ahead of time (You know exactly how long your supply will last) 2. Only buy a 6 month supply at a time.
