I can only describe my experience with…

I can only describe my experience with this seller as a scam. I ordered 6 ST tweezers from them, shipped to Germany.

After ordering they contacted me for my VAT number. After telling them I don't have one because I'm not a business they sent out the package.

I paid 25€ in shipping and another 20€ import tax, doubling the price in total (but I knew that up front - that's not the problem).

After the package arrived I was upset when I found out that they

1. sent the the wrong tweezers, I ordered ST ones but they sent ESD ones
2. two tweezers where missing, they only sent 4

Since that I tried for over a week to contact them on all channels: Email, phome, text - no response, nothing.
