I have had great experiences with no issues. Nick is an awesome account representative who reaches out, helps when needed, and has even taken time to call to make sure all is going well. Customer service like this is appreciated.

I love it

I have had nothing but a great experience with Chumba. I won a decent jackpot a few years ago. It took a while to get verified, as it should have, I loved that they were thorough with it and making sure it was me getting the money. I have my own personal Chumba representative, Robert and he is very fast with his response time. He communities with me often. He is quick to fix any issues I may have, which has not been more than a few. The games are great and fun. Also I won often. I love it!

My recent experience with VGW was a…

My recent experience with VGW was a interaction i had with my new acct manager, he was positive, friendly , most important engaging.
Ive had many experiences with different customer service personal with LuckyLand a VGW site, and by far he was the best. I could tell he took the time to write a personal email to me , in the past ive had robotic answers or questions sent by email. Also my response was read and answered in such. I do love VGW owned sites but dont always like the service as its email only. The graphics are amazing the payouts are quick and no hassle. Recently though they have been using different companys to add new games and im not great with that. But with that being said i always am a avid referer to this site as i do trust and believe theyre honest and can count on any withdrawals to be fast and honest. I believe everyone whos honestly looking for a great site to play at than VGW (LuckyLand) is my #1 site to refer to. I give them 5 stars for all those reasons above. And also my new acct manager is a awesome rep to have.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. VGW, Chumba is super welcoming when you first use their platform. You’ll hit a lot, customer service is good. After a year, they’ll deactivate your account for no reason. Their customer service team sends cookie cutter responses to me and everyone else that gets banned. Steal all your money and refuse to prove anything. Gamble at risk here. Better yet-don’t and stick to our US casinos.

Account “hacked” and deactivated, now I’m out over &10k

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chumba Casino/VGW Holdings. After hitting a jackpot and winning over $10,000, my account was seemingly hacked. I tried to log in a few days after I redeemed my winnings and couldn’t. Resetting my password didn’t work either. When I reached out to customer support, they deactivated my account "for security reasons" and since then, I have been getting the runaround about reactivating it.

They insisted I reset my password to regain access, but I never received any reset emails despite multiple attempts. It’s perplexing that a support team cannot reset a password directly, raising serious concerns about their intentions.

Their lack of response and evasive behavior leads me to believe this might be a scam to avoid paying out on my big win. I strongly advise VGW users to think twice before using any of their platforms. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and suspicious as it’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m still getting the runaround.

Proceed with caution, as you might end up losing your winnings and having your account hacked and deactivated.

I’ll be getting a lawyer to get what’s owed to me.

I got deactivated for no reasons

I got deactivated for no reasons. I tried reaching out to customer service to ask for reasons and they responded with a pre-scripted message saying they cant give me a reason and that the decision they made was final. I just want to talk to someone about this and try to understand why when I have abide all the rules in thier sweepstakes and terms and conditions.

Vgw is untrustworthy

Vgw is the owner of Chumba, Global poker and luckyland, thousands of accounts, including mine have been activated with no explanation, o ly thing we have in common is we all wrote sweepstakes entries and we cannot get one logical explanation. Beware!

Do Not Participate in Sweepstakes

I signed up on Chumba Casino in March 2023 and was approved shortly after to begin participating in their Sweepstakes Program. In short, I was able to mail in sweepstakes envelopes worth 5 Sweeps Coins each to play and redeem for real dollars. I’ve been regularly mailing in sweepstakes envelopes as well as purchasing my own play on the website up until today.

This morning, I logged into my account and received a warning message that I had violated one of the terms & conditions clauses: 3.3.

3.3 states to make sure we don’t use a VPN or try to fake our location in order to earn sweeps coins through the sweepstakes program. It also outlines to not create codes for sweepstakes envelopes under anyone else’s log in, etc.

But I have done none of those things or anything to violate their terms and conditions.

VGW is mass-deactivating accounts for no specific reason or honoring anyone’s requests for proof of violations. Do not play on Chumba, Luckyland, or any other VGW owned platforms.

VGW Social Casinos are deactivating loyal players

VGW is the parent company of Luckyland Slots, Chumba Casino and Global Poker. All of these are Social Casinos operating under the guise of being a sweepstakes casino. As a general law governing online Sweepstakes Casinos, they must - by law - offer alternative methods of entries. (AMOE) One method inside of their stated rules is to be credited with sweepstakes coins if you request them by mail. There is no limit but the requests have to meet certain requirements.

Recently, VGW has been deactivating accounts by the hundreds - someone without prior notice. Their reason for deactivating accounts points to one section in the rules which they declare noncompliance. When asked for clarification, a copied and pasted response is given which reveals no further information to the account holder as to how they were noncompliant.

These hundreds of account holding getting deactivated and banned for life are being given the same exact reason which is highly suspicious and appears to be an attempt to get rid of players who request AMOE.

Player beware.

Been a loyal customer 4 years

I was a customer of all three vgw sites chumba Casino lucky land slots and Global poker I have played with my own money and participated in their mail and sweeps for free play for 4 years followed every rule never had a problem recently they had us agreed to a clause and then used it against us to deactivate thousands of people they even took money we had left in our account with no reason no proof of what we did wrong recently they reactivated a select amount of people even though they were told it was final but yet some of us have asked and they keep telling us we've done something wrong but failed to give us proof they have been very shady no one can give us a clear answer do not trust them they used to be a great site to play on

VGW violated their contract and kept my money

VGW, owner of Global Poker, Chumba Casino and LuckyLand Casino, have arbitrarily cancelled my accounts and will not provide any rationale for it. For years I've been a customer in good standing and without any changes or provocation, they just cancelled my accounts and all my credits along with them.

Beware! Offshore and not reputable!

Seeing the prior reviews here, I know I am not alone. This company has quite shady business practices which seem to skirt the Alternate Means of Entry players that keep their ‘sweepstakes’ operation legal in the US. Beware loading your funds to any of their games, you can and will be permanently banned without warning, without reason, and without a response to your communications. There is no customer service- this is a greedy, shady, off-shore company that shouldn’t be operating in the US!

I want the $8,032 I had prior to the decline deposited into my nominated bank. At that time I will take down my Reddit review and Trust pilot review…. I know the truth about how you all have the ability to manipulate outcome on the push of a button. I have lost in upwards of $40k between here and Global only to find out the truth…. It’s not cool. There are a lot more people to make money off of, but not me. I also know about the ability to instantly verify a person after having them loose there roll. It’s no secret 🤫

I would also like to state that I know about how VGW
And Malta Gaming authority are both Head Quartered out of Malta. Convenient isn’t it? I’m no dumby. I just want my money and I’ll go away.

Luckyland is a scam!!

When i emailed Luckyland about my redemption , I was told my 10,000 redemption (Saturday 4/23) was cancelled and said 5,000 of it was used for gift cards (which I never redeemed because I don’t use them plus where is the gift card email or my cancellation email. I got the ones for the cancellations i did for 20,000 and a few others but not one for 10,000 that day) and the other 5,000 was used for a game I’ve only ever played once (they said I played 5,000 on 1 game for 54SC each spin which is crazy because I don’t even like that game). They won’t show me proof of any of the stuff they are saying I did BUT I have all the proof on my phone and I have sent it to them. No one has access to my account but me. I was either sleeping or playing softball during these times they say I cancelled this 10,000. I have witnesses that were with me. I received both the email saying they received my redemption and the email saying they have approved it and are sending it to my account. If some how that 10,000 got cancelled I would have contacted Luckyland IMMEDIATELY and reported it.
Plus they deactivated my account, blocked me on all social media and won’t give me an explanation. Sounds weird. This doesn’t make sense. I have all the proof to show I didn’t use it yet they still won’t show me proof. They won’t answer any emails and have ignored me for months.
They keep saying they made the decision because there was no unauthorized on my account and it’s in the rules and that I need to maintain the security of my login but this has nothing to do with any of that. If I cancelled my redemption and did gift cards how come I never got the emails? Just doesn’t add up and if this doesn’t get figured out I will get my lawyer involved in this because this isn’t right. This is stealing and they don’t have any proof.

I have filed a complaint with the attorney general.
