Had Steve and Jamie turn up today to install 16 solar panels, an inverter and battery. From start to finish both were professional, hard working and explained everything in detail. I would like to say my thanks to them and what a wonderful team you have representing your company. Both deserve a bonus and some praise. Well done lads!

From initial contact with Chris and Nathan followed up by Jason and the rest of his team, everyone I dealt with was attentative and assisted in developing the PV and Battery installation that best suited my requirements.
The scaffolds and installation team, especially Bradley, were exceedingly professional and carried out their works to a high standard.
I have been running the system for @2 months without any issues and already it is exceeding expectations.

I requested a battery extension for my Fox ESS system, and they were the only company out of many I contacted that actually got back to me. Nathan was my main contact, and he was fantastic — quick to respond and kept me updated throughout. It seems it is rare to find this level of communication and reliability. Highly recommend Nathan and the team!

Smoothness from start to finish.The workmanship was excellent, extremely neat and tidy, arranging the wiring, to cause the least disruption, to existing, fixtures within in the garage. Throughout the day, they were chatty, and both of them, offered to take their shoes off, when they had to enter the main house.
I’m grateful that they took time to engage with my husband, who has an above average interest in solar installs.

Another excellent installation by Viable. We were so pleased with our first installation locally, we asked Viable to quote for a second job over 120 miles away. Even with the additional distance and a more challenging situation,Viable were still the best quote! Our daughter and husband are now waiting for their own installation with Viable.

We had issues with our Solar Panels, Since installed in 2023 by another company there was a rattling noise when it's windy.Viable Power was contacted by the Solar Company to repair the issues. I was contacted by Nathan from Viable Power he was very professional from the beginning, he arranged an inspection which was carried our very promptly, and identified the issue. Nathan gave me an update and he dealt with the original Installer and arranged for the replacement of the brackets. Nathan was very open and honest with all the feedback and explained what need to be done.

After getting approval from the Original installer, he quickly arranged an installer to come and change all the old brackets, and they told me the brackets which was used before was not supposed to be used on a concrete tile roof. After rectifying and replacing everything Nathan contacted me the same day to ask whether everything was ok and fully working. The service provided by Viable Power Nathan was great.

Viable Power provided an excellent installation, Bradley and Matt were extremenly professional and helpful. Top marks to them both.

Bradley, Max and Steve were 3 of the team installing my solar and battery set up. These guys were so mindful of their surroundings. Very polite and very knowledgeable if I needed to know anything. The installation is very neat and I would not hesitate in recommending this company for installation of solar and battery systems. These guys are a credit to this company.

Really positive experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent and the install team were professional, tidy and easy to deal with on the day. The Hypervolt charger was fitted neatly and they even helped reposition my Ring doorbell which was a nice extra touch. Everything was explained properly and the system was set up so I could start charging straight away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at a home EV charger install.

From the very start of my inquiry when I spoke to Nathan, He guided me through to the end. He never tried to over sell which in this day and age is like a breath of fresh air. The company is a total pleasure to deal with.

Friendly company who do a great job. Bradley and Max turned up when promised, completed the work in the time envisaged, and ensured all was tested and working before leaving.
