I bought a ticket less than $800
I had bought a ticket less than $800, and I complaint about it, because I was told by an employee, in order to secure my ticket, I needed to put extra. But I never thought to receive a call from the manager of this company. She apologized for the experience and offered me to replace the extra amount of surcharges. I was in awe of the amount of care they have to do a right service. I think all companies that promote services to the clients should do the same. I can only say now, that this travel agency company is trustworthy. I'm rewriting my review to show them respect.

Updated: i was contacted by the airline. I still believe the web site was misleading, but they did try to appease me with an explanation and partial refund. Therefore, am changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I had trouble with the website finishing a reservation and reported it. Management responded and apologized for the extra time spent making sure I had the ticket needed.
