After a long wait and stress I got my flight confirmation number
They took my credit info and after checking out it shows in small letters that the price it was not final so I called to solve this and the representative tried to overcharge $230 more, I couldn’t believe it ! So I tried to be refunded even I paid additional $88 before to checkout to have the option to cancel and be refunded but the representative did not honor it, the supervisor contacted me saying that they will respect the original price that in 2 to 3 hours I was supposed to receive my flight confirmation number, it was about 24 hours later that I got it
It was solved!, they called me and explained me what happened thank you for your support!

Company rep called after everything was…
Company rep called after everything was set and done, telling me that that flight i just booked was a standby ticket and If i need to be a regular flight i needed to pay over $150 on top of what I already paid. Those kind of action are the one that make people lose trust.
