I am very dissatisfied with the service, as when I called to make the reservation, the treatment was unpleasant, even though I was aware that all calls are recorded for quality purposes. Despite this, the agent was unpleasant and unable to provide good service. Additionally, I proceeded to make a flight reservation, and the lady charged me around $331.00, telling me everything was booked and that I would receive the information within 10 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I received a call back saying I had to pay $60 in taxes, which should have been informed before any transaction was made. This upset me, and I asked to verify the information with the airport since I was already there. Then, the lady called again to say I owed an additional $70 on top of the flight payment. This is theft and lack of transparency because I had asked her for the total amount, and she said it was around $331.00. In other words, my ticket ended up costing approximately $401, which is completely wrong. If I had known about this additional cost, which was never mentioned before the payment, I would have booked directly with the airline. But now I’ve learned that your company is a scam, and I will make sure to spread the word. I also have all the evidence of this conversation and all the details, and I will be taking legal action with my lawyer. You will soon receive a letter from my lawyer, which will inform you of the legal process we will be pursuing and the claims we will be making to the authorities. Have a good day!

Everything was good except when I call the service center the guy was trying to charge me 130 dollars for airport fee or some kind on top of what I pay for my flight

I never experienced with any other car rental company a difficult moment I had with this company when I purchased a ticket from LAX to Chicago a day ago.
I paid $325 one way with Spirit Airlines
But someone from customer service said
That I need to pay extra $127 more in order to get confirmation number, his excuse was that the airline’ fare went up in price, if I don’t pay, I will lose the money already paid. They made a short time of stress when they did this to me.
For $450 I could fly with united, delta or American a much way better airlines than spirit. After some time someone called me saying he airline accepted to issue a ticket for the price I paid.
My lesson, never used a unknown search engine like this company if you don’t want to deal a stressful moments
