I helped a family member with the car…
I helped a family member with the car rental. When we process the information my cousin used her card and the reservation was under her boyfriends name. I told my cousing to contact the company and she did call a 1-800 number listed on her confirmation document. The person who assist my cousin told her that she could make the changes at time of car pick-up. Once she got to the rental they did not help her at all and said she needed to contact the site she used for reservation. I did a 3 way calling and spoke with Cindy Salazar.....Cindy also said she was unable to help her with the changes because the time had pass for pick up. We provide Cindy with the info of the number my cousin called, date and time. I also asked Cindy to speak with a supervisor and she said that they were unavailable and she had no idea how long the wait was going to be. I told Cindy that we were going to wait a time pass and nothing. I am sure that Cindy could've done something for my cousing since it was miscommunication on their end.
After all my cousin was unable to get her car rental, was told that she had to still pay 20% of cancelation fee. Also she was only going to waive the 20% fee if she renter again thru them with the rate they had at the moment witch it was insane.
DO NOT RENT THRU THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HELP EVEN THOUGH THEY PROVIDE WRONG INFO TO MY COUSIN. ALSO THERE'S NO SUPPERVISOR AVAILABE AT ALL. Leidy Segura (supervisor) WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO HELP US WITH THE ISSUE.

Because I was recommended by one of those top companies to drivo and u believe it they pad my bill to $2000 for one week and charge me 150 for a easy that I mistakenly drove trough which the guy at the counter told me that I can do either way and it will be be bill the same that con artist.
