Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor, extremely slow and didn't solve an issue for a week. It's not solved now, no response from the
Company. Having in mind they have so many conpetitors in this segment, I would rather recommend others like revolut monese, TransferWise, bunq n26.
Not to mention that their card only work within eu and eea.
