What a farce
What a farce! Viaplay bought F1. I never had problems seeing a race before, but now I have problems every race. The app on tv has problems, the connections is very bad. I watch big parts of the race blurred because it is often slow loading and the stream stops regularly for 2-10 seconds. Today I started the race late and the app wasn't able to start from the beginning. And I can't rewind. So now I already know round 36!!! and I can't watch the first 35 rounds! (at least not yet). Please bring F1 back to a tv station, where everything works, until you fixed your problems!

Worthless Streams
Worthless Streams! And the CEO is making BS statments that the issue is at the customer!
Well i have a 1 gigabit sec fiberglass internet with only 4 mil latency. Other streaming services work all perfect except this pile of rubbish!
They will lose a lot of customers if they don't fix it asap! F1pro works flawless and is cheaper. Sky and others as well.
I wanted to try it for Dutch usage, but surely not continue with them!

Absolute cancer
Absolute cancer. Can't even watch replays, non stop error codes. Watching now through F1tv account of a friend.
When it does work: low quality and buffering on 500mbit connection. Horrible mess of the available F1 streams.

I’m definitely not happy with Viaplay
I’m definitely not happy with Viaplay. Sh!tty app. No 4K, lots of buffering while other apps run 4K seamlessly. Their Ziggo channel is crap at best as well, audio quality is from the 80s and audio lag is insane. Not even talking about the boring reporters.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. It’s a disgrace to Formula 1. The video quality is dramatic. No ultra HD. Not even for the highlights which are not live. When it comes to commentary, watching the news is more engaging. Please give me back Ziggo. So much better
