I have been trying to reach this…

I have been trying to reach this company now for over a week and get nothing but automated response that they will get back to me. I have emailed and called and get the same results. NO replies, no answers. I am told if a problem contact within a certain time limit but geeez how do you reach these people when they ignore email and calls. I have bought so many from them and 1st problem comes up and they are IMPOSSIBLE to reach! No more Viasox for any of my family (and many buy in my family besides me) now that they know we are just worthless USA customers

Loved the sox at full price but hated…

Loved the sox at full price but hated the second time I ordered. When I tried to take advantage of the sale, I wasn't allowed to. They said they wouldn't deliver to my address, the same address as the first time. Is this because I'm Canadian? Please advise.

The Large and XL fits like a medium

The Large and XL fits like a medium! Too tight and it’s a struggle to put them on and to take them off. I regret buying from this company . Their customer service are too slow to respond and not helpful at all.
For the price, the socks are not made of good material.

Stay far, far away from Viasox - they are a SHAM!

I ordered in good faith with this company on Dec 11th. They were certainly quick to take my money.....BUT there has been nothing but advertisement emails since. I have not received the products nor has there been any communication regarding shipping or even a tracking number. I have contacted their customer service and have yet to hear from them. They also have some bogus claim that "due to the sensitivity" of their product they can't refund money or accept returns......I call BS! If you want to run a business you need to stand behind your product and take care of your customer!
Only after I submitted this review did I get a response from the company. I contacted them through FB messenger and they are refunding my money. I could give another star but.......too many failures, I don't feel I can trust them.

I ordered these socks as a Christmas…

I ordered these socks as a Christmas present. Their website says that they would be delivered in 2-5 days. Well I ordered them on Dec 7 and it is now Dec 28 and I still haven’t received them. I contacted customer service and it took a second email before they answered me. Then they told me that they would expedite the shipment. But still no socks. So I guess they will be here for next Christmas I hope

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I called to find out about my order but couldn’t talk to anyone because I was told there was no one available to take my call. I was told to name, number and a message and someone would call me back. More than a week later and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Definitely not my idea of customer service.

They buried their NO RETURN EVER…

They buried their NO RETURN EVER policy. I ordered these for Christmas gifts and no one wanted them. Most expensive five items I’ve ever had to donate. Also, the ones I ordered previously caused me intense itching. NEVER AGAIN i feel so ripped off.

DONT DO IT!!!

Spent 167.00 on an oder I still haven't received. Emailing didn't help....calling didn't work....this is ridiculous!!! Save yourself the money and aggravation

Negative Stars!!!!!

Negative Stars!!!!!

Sent wrong items. I am plus size senior. I ordered easy stretch. I made certain. I'm very aware of my size and inability to wear off the rack items so I'm extremely cautious with mail order. What I received were compression socks that have a maximum stretch of 18". My calf is 20" so there is no possible way I can wear these. I won't even unwrap them. They LOOK identical to the easy stretch except for tiny writing on the tag that says, "CompressionSocks." I spent money I could ill afford to spend on something i cannot wear!! And yet despite this, I'm subjected to a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy.

You can burn in Hell, VIASOX! every chance I get in going to shout from the rooftops what a duplicitous, crooked, shady, skeezy, sketchy, NON REPUTABLE business you are. I'll warn everyone I possibly can from social media to the BBB and the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION!

I purchased Viasox and two days later…

I purchased Viasox and two days later was sent an email from them explaining the socks needed to be air dried. I don’t feel like that is acceptable so I returned them. Now they are saying they don’t do returns, that they didn’t receive my return and will not refund the $67. So no I would not recommend them. In fact I wouldn’t recommend any company that doesn’t stand behind the quality of their products and says they don’t accept returns. Beware of doing business with them.

Non-existent Customer Service 👎🏼

The product was great HOWEVER the Customer Service is non existent! I sent several direct messages on their website AND called and left numerous call back requests...CRICKETS! Which is unfortunate because I really do like their compression socks! This was my 2nd order. 👎🏼 DISAPPOINTING 👎🏼

Scammers and Liars

I ordered 20 pairs of socks on November 28th. The order came with a promise of 3-6 shipping days. What they dont tell you is that it will take them a month to even process your order and that the processing will only occur after you start adding bad reviews on every platform. They ignored every phone call and every chat attempt. Each email took days to get a response and every response was a lie. It is now Christmas Eve and I have yet to see a sock.

Just received 5 pairs of knee highs

Just received 5 pairs of knee highs. They are soft but do not stay up well. The only part of the socks that seem to be compression is the foot/ankle area. Won't be ordering again.

Lousy customer service

I have made 4 calls about ordering compression socks and receiving Easy Stretch. I get no responses. This is a lot of socks! 10, to be exact. 5 actually came back as compression socks and I think I like them, but 10 are the wrong socks. I ordered 3 sets of 5 for the price of 2.

Free offer was unimpressive

I ordered a bunch of socks with a promotion of getting "free" pairs. When they arrived a few weeks later (early December), three of the "free" socks were Halloween themed and one was St-Paddy's day. Needless to say, I was unimpressed. Feel that this is their way of unloading inventory that did not sell well. I wrote them to let them know of my displeasure, and I got a patronizing reply, basically apologizing and offering nothing constructive. The other socks I ordered were great.

I placed an order on
Dec 2 and was sure they would arrive in time for Christmas, but no socks. I received a message saying that they had been delivered, but no socks. Attempted to ‘track’ my package which tells me that my package is out for delivery… how can it be both?!! My fault for buying from this company; kicking myself for being a sucker.

Disappointed that they don't do exchanges or refunds.

No socks yet….

I placed my order 11/30/2025 as it states processing 2-4 days and receiving 4-6 days, with an estimated arrival date of 12/08/2025. I have yet to receive my order and this is a Christmas gift. The email said I wills receive tracking via email once shipped but have not received that either. If the socks won’t be here by Christmas, I would like a refund.

The replies are useless! I emailed before even meeting this post, yet they replied to this post but not my email. I also called which it will hang up on its own after waiting for a representative for a long period of time. Don’t purchase from them! They are not legit!!

Love these socks!

I was told by my vascular surgeon that I should start wearing compression socks all the time in preparation for varicose vein surgery next summer, so I ordered five pairs from Viasox. I absolutely love them! They fit perfectly, they're SO easy to get on in comparison to other brands I've tried, the colors and patterns are great, and I'm very happy with them overall. I took advantage of the 5-for-2 deal on the website, and got five pairs for $60 including free shipping. I received the socks in less than three days, and I could not be happier with them. The first time I put them on, I was on my feet all day, and wasn't sore at all (which for me is a very rare occurrence!) I'll be wearing my Viasox every day from now on, and I can't wait to try the other styles and patterns. Thank you!
