I placed an order 20 days ago. It still has not been shipped. Tried to contact customer support. No one answers. I left 3 messages for a call back and 6 hours later, no one called me back. They have terrible product fulfillment and even worse customer support. There is not any way to cancel an order. Now I have to shop for a different Christmas gift

I received my order and was pleased by the product. I have worn compression socks for over 5 years and these are the best. The compression is perfect, the colors beautiful and the fit is good.
I'm so glad I made this purchase. I kept seeing the add while playing my word game and finally went to check them out instead of x them out. The price was fantastic and I got the buy 2 get 5 deal. So happy with them, I have them on as I write this review.

This company has got to be a scam and they inundate your inbox with advertising multiple times a day pretending they can fulfill orders which they cannot do! I ordered 4 weeks ago and no product has been received or information given on when I will receive it. I sent 4 emails to support and they either go unanswered or the answer is benign with no information. I called and spoke to a rep who seemed nice enough, and was told she would inform the fulfillment people to expedite the order. Crickets… nothing! I even asked if the product was in the states, thinking the delay was with product coming in from out of the country, and she said it was in Buffalo, NY. This company only cares about getting your money and not about providing a product or giving customer service. They are a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered several pairs Viasox for myself and as gifts. When they arrived, they were so ugly and cheap-looking. Although I ordered directly from the company, I did a price comparison on Amazon.ca. Care instructions were machine washable. However, when the sox arrived, they recommended handwashing and hanging to dry. That is way too much work for socks. I tried to contact customer service as they said that there are no refunds. Customer servicewasn't avaible so I am waiting for a reply via email. I would donate them, but the last thing I would want is someone homeless having socks that wear out. This company is a scam company. Expecting people to hand-wash and hang dry their socks is ridiculous.

I have lymphadema, and my doctor suggested compression socks. Most of the swelling is in my ankles, and it's been almost impossible for me to find compression socks that I could pull on. Once I got them on, they would dig into my skin leaving painful red indentations, so I stopped trying. When I saw the ads for Viasox, I figured it was worth a try - especially with the buy 2, get 3 free offer. I ordered 2 pairs of compression socks and 3 pairs of easy stretch. As much as I tried, I was unable to get the compression socks on. So much for them being better than other compression brands. The easy stretch socks were fine, except that I had mistakenly ordered 1 knee high and 2 crew, when I actually wanted all 3 crew. So out of 5 pairs, I can only use 2. The knee high easy stretch and the 2 compression are useless, and with no return policy, I'm stuck. I paid for 2 pairs at $30 each, and wasted the 3 free pairs. I wore one of the correct pairs today, and I noticed the fabric had some pulls and loose threads. Very unhappy with these very expensive socks. Lesson learned! Meanwhile, I checked out Bombas. 4 pairs for $60 discounted to $55 plus a 20% discount for new customers, AND THEY ACCEPT RETURNS AND OFFER REFUNDS!!!!!

If I could give “0” stars I would - my fault for not looking at Trust Pilot” before my purchase. Reviews on the website are all 5 and must be fake.
These socks are of poor thin quality - I measured my calf size to assure they would fit before the purchase- but no they don’t - I feel like I have rubber bands around my upper legs.
I tried calling the support line MULTIPLE times and no one answers and it asks for a voice mail message. I tried to review their product on the site but no link to do so.
Like an idiot I purchased 4 pairs
Of these that now I am stuck with. Maybe I can find a very small person and give them away.
On a positive note the pattern is pretty- but what good is that when they will lay in a drawer.

Thanks for responding to my previous comment. I contacted customer service back in early November and Agent Chester was the one who responded, but he was not very helpful and was being difficult throughout the entire time when trying to get support for the first lost package. At first they agreed to reship the package, but the majority of patterns that were in my original order were out of stock and that i could order other designs in their place. I was very unhappy with this. and made it known to Chester and then he upgraded the offer to being able to send a credit to my account for a future order, which was also not what i asked for. Chester than said that the most that he can do is to give me a 50% refund, which was also not very good customer service. Respectfully, Viasox chose to give my package over to Intelicom for delivery, so they should be responsible should anything happen to the package if the customer does not recieve it due to the negiligence of the delivery agent. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to be able to get back the total of the first purchase never recieved.
I contacted customer service by email yesterday about the second lost order, lets hope it goes better than the first time around. If not, you have lost a customer for good. Viasox should work on getting a better courier to deliver their items, as Intelicom is the worst. Uni Uni and Uni express are better than Intelicom, so is Canada Post.

Poor quality and inconsistent size.
I bought five pairs and one sock not pair fits. I followed the size chart.
When I contacted customer service its was nearly a week to hear back and I was given the ring around. Asked to take pictures of my feet, the socks, shipping label and product packaging. Then was told no refunds or exchanges. Poor quality and poor customer service.

DO NOT buy from this company. If I could give a zero, I would. They do not communicate if they can’t fulfill your order. Ordered on Nov 6th. Rec’d email the order Received and being processed. Then nothing. Called Nov 24th, 2 1/2 weeks later, and was told one pattern in a bundle had been sold out. How can you sell a bundle of 5 different patterns without having bundles already assembled before you sell it. And that another different pattern I ordered by as a single pair had been sold out too and needed to choose different patterns. WHY was I never emailed there was a problem and needed to choose something else. Rec’d updated email saying order updated and being processed. It is now December 13th. No socks. No emails and if you call you get a recording say no representatives available and leave a msg This was my 2nd time ordering. No problem with the first order but I will never order again. They are thieves because as of right now they are keeping my money, not sending product and not communicating at all

I placed an order on 11/24/2025 @ 4:10 pm, website said it will take 2 to 3 days to fulfill. So, I paid for priority shipping. As of 12/13/2025 the order is unfulfilled, I just want my money back. I did try to use the message ai chat box, it was no help. I asked for a representative, it told me it didn't understand my request. I asked again with the way it suggested and it said it didn't understand. Then I tried to call, no one was available and left a messege. Sent and email today, so now I just want. At this point the only thing I want is my money, and no socks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone got in touch with me in less than 24 hours even on a Sunday. They issued me refund for my ordered.

I placed an order for my dad at the beginning of November. We are now 2 weeks into December and still nothing. Called customer service to enquire and was told due to the holidays there had been a delay. Canadian company?????? No holidays here. Was told I needed to wait another 24hrs before calling back. Very disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend.

Ordered in November…it’s December now and they decided to combine my orders…I have not seen anything yet and when I try to contact Customer Service all I get is “we will look into it”….this is BS!

I ordered the size they recommended and they won't give me a return or exchange.

Sox work great-been waiting over a week to have my order shipped. Oh well, I think my last order took a long time also.

Where are my Sox? Still have not received them. Are you another fake site?

I was soooo excited to get my buy2 get 3 free compression socks! However, I must say that they are Not compression socks! They do NOTHING for helping with ankle swelling in 1 foot. Very pretty patterns, but too thick on footbed. Do not fit nicely into my runners.
Very disappointed. Wanted to return 4 of my pairs as they are useless for what I ordered them for but have read, NO RETURNS.

Reply from Viasox
They advertise buy 2 get 3 free. Not a chance of that happening at all. I have tried and had my friend try too. It’s just a way to get you to buy them.

Reply from Viasox
The socks do not stretch at the foot area and ankle area. So if your ankles or feet are swollen you're not getting them on.
