I wish I could rate this company a minus ZERO…(-0)….they are SCAMMERS!!! I placed an order January 2025 for just under $50 and I am STILL WAITING for my items. I called their customer service Twice and they assured me I would receive my items….STILL WAITING a year later!!!!😡😡

Scam. I ordered under $50 of items in January and never received anything. Bogus tracking number, no known shipper. I sent inquiry to VibeGal. I received a very cordial reply saying they'd track the item. A week later I inquired again and they said the problem was on the shippers end. They offered to refund or reship. I chose reship. Nothing received by April. I inquired again and asked for a refund. Again I received a very cordial reply saying the refund would take 15-25 business days. It's now 25 business days with no refund and now they aren't replying at all. So...I'll work with my bank, report them to the FTC fraud department, the BBB, IC3 and keep hounding them. This is a lesson I knew but didn't heed: Check for scam info before you place an order.

Never received order of 15$, couldn't track, couldn't get a hold of anyone, couldn't get refund,

I placed an order in February (2025) for almost $100 and received NOTHING! This site is a fraud, a total scam! Learn from those of us who have already been suckered out of their money. Trust and believe, the "suckers" have learned from it, but we learned the hard way. Learn from our misfortune, keep your money in your pocket. This company is getting rich offering consumers nothing more than empty promises. They link to well-known brands (companies) like Old Navy. If it's associated with Vibegal it's a SCAM!!

I put my order in back in January 2025. I never received it. Notified them they said it was delivered and check with my neighbors.. no neighbors got it! No one got it including me! SCAM SCAM SCAM

There is no help for this company. You go into it thinking it’s a tenuous or a shorn. It’s not. This is a total scam. Let the word get out there. They will probably pop up as a different company. Got totally disrespected and jerked around.

The old saying "if it looks too good to be true it is!!!!" I never received my order just emails stating I did. Then they want you to pay to have a Tracking company track it for you. What abunch of BULL

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! I ordered a jacket in 2024 and have not received it or the refund I keep demanding! They are LIARS FROM CHINA! I’ve sent email after email and am STILL waiting on a response! DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THESE BASTARDS!

This company is a fraud I hired someone to investigate the company not legit I did hire some to find them also have lawyer involved so please do not purchase anything from this company

This company is a scam!!! I brought items from them and never received anything. They claimed to have send it twice but I know they are full of shit. If anybody wants to order from a legit company order from TEMU. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT AND THEY WILL FULLY REFUND YOU FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

This site is a scam , do not order from them . It’s been months and I still have yet to receive my order . They respond to emails saying your package was lost in logistics and they will re issue another but it’s not true !

I wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE I made a purchase. I have the same issues. Placed an order in Jan 2025. The order was "delivered" in California. I live in Ohio. I tried to be patient & they emailed the shipping address was corrected and they "re-shipped" my order. It is now April 20 and no items , no refund. They send a generic email with apologies and more waiting 15-25 business days with the refund depart.ent being back logged. This is definitely a SCAM website!! Do not purchase anything from it. I'm reaching out to my bank and reporting fraud. Hopefully they will refund my money & reverse the charge. If not it was a $50 lesson.

I placed a order January 14th of this year and it is now April 14th and I still have not received my order....

Made two orders never received orders when they said they were delivered. Have emailed them with a response saying they will refund my money but it has never been received.

I ordered from this company in January and haven't received my order yet and this is April. I contacted them and was told I would be getting my order soon, a lie. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A FAKE!!!!

I've gotten 6 or 7 replies. They all say the exact same thing. I'm in the boat with everyone else. Very very bad company. I hope they enjoy my $38.

I placed an order in January and here it is the end of April and I still haven’t received my order or a refund. This company I believe is fake and I will never order from them again. So customers beware of this phony company!!

I ordered merchandise the end of January, still have not received it. Contacted them after about a month of not receiving my order. Was told they'll resend my order, as of date, I still HAVE NOT received my order. I contacted them again to get my refund. I wa told it'll take 15 to 30 days for my refund. That was also after them telling me, I would only receive 70% of my refund because the carrier cost.

As of Jan 29 2025 I ordered some items and still haven't received my items. I've emailed them twice and they have yet to respond. Next time I will read reviews before ordering
