This company is horrible! I placed my order in Jan 2025. They took my money right away. To date, I still have not received my order or my refund. I have sent several Emails to which they have responded. First, the shipment was held up in customs. Then they said it was on the way. Weeks later, still nothing. Now, they said it was delivered. I asked for proof of delivery-it costs too much to do that. They then offered me a larger refund which I never got either. Now they just sent an Email that is a direct response to a previous Email. Yea, this company is a rip off. You need to add a 0 score just for this company.

I've read most of the reviews so I don't have to say it over again, they are scammers and just read these reviews before purchasing anything from these to good to be true sites. Lesson leaned.

This is a scam. DO NOT BUY. The stole my $60. I never received the items I order, and when I reach out to customer service, I was told they will resent items. They never send the them then I was told I will get a refund and Never receive that either. SCAMER SCAMER

Total scam. I purchased order January 2025 and NEVER received anything. Order shows delivered without a date. I was hoping it was a company. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hard earned money gone, but, learned a valuable lesson. If it's too good to be true, it's probably a scam. Their website doesn't pop up anymore so I'm sure they are long gone. Tracking shows coming from guess who.... CHINA!!! Dang man!!! I know they will get their just reward one day. I hope everyone they scammed gets to see them get it too!!!

Total scam. The email said it had been delivered, it was not. Advised them that the zip code was wrong, no response. Have emailed repeatedly for a replacement or a refund, no response. So sorry that I took a chance on this. I’m usually very careful.
(This is the first time I’ve ever sent a review, but I really trusted them. Feel let down.)

This should be a zero star review. I got scammed. No product showed up. Promised to resend, still no product. Asked for refund, no refund. Don’t get scammed like me.

I contacted them to say I didn’t get my order after it said it had been delivered. They said it would be resent but it still has not arrived total scam lost hard earned money SCAM

I ordered some things in February and no tracking in my state, then all of a sudden it had been delivered. I text them and they sent package out again supposedly, now 3 weeks later and the package that they were expressing still isn't here. Scammm!!!¡!!!

Never received order. Emailed for refund. No refund and no order received the second time they claimed to have shipped. They are a scam.

Unfortunately I have to join the band with everyone else. After it was taking so long for me to receive my package I googled the company name and saw all the reviews. In spite of that I still emailed the company in which they sent me this email saying the package was on the way and to be patient and included the tracking information in which I've tracked everyday. Today it showed delivered I got to my home and of course there was no package there. I can tell from everyone's comments that it's not going to do me any good to email again or try to get back my money luckily for me it was under $50 but it was still a scam nonetheless and who wants to lose any money of any amount during this day and age. Smh at myself. The next time I see such a great deal I'll be sure to look it up first before I put my money into it now I'm stuck like everyone else 🥺🤬😡

Never recieved my package after asking 3 timw in the past 3 months. They said I couldn't get my money because the "courier" said no. I believe they never intended to send anything, and the "customer service" people like to repeat the same messages over and over again. Most popular being something along the lines of: "it'll take 7-14 days for you new parcel to arrive. Please let us know if you are unwilling to wait." I should've seen that it was a scam from the website itself, but I fell for it and now have to reap the repercussions. Don't order from this site - I'm not the only one who didn't receive anything back. No package, no money, no nothing. Just bullshit.

I never received my order and they told me it was delivered. And then they said they sent it again and I never received it. Then they only wanted to give me 70 percent back, even though I got nothing. Don't order from them it's a scam company.

I ordered from this company and never received any orders worth $53.00, I contacted them and they said its on the way. I contacted them again after a month, they said need more time, knowing I would never receive anything. Please never buy anything from this website, it’s a scam.

I order 3 items and waited 2 months for nothing I get in touch with them and they tells me that it was delivered knowing that it wasn't, so I get in touch with them the 2 time and they assured me that they would send me out another round of my 3 items so I continue to keep checking 12 days in it saids it's been delivered again knowing that it was not. People don't ever do business of any kind with vibegal, it's a scam for real.

100% scam artists. In every respect. When you reach out to customer service they give you a sob story about being suppressed by their competitors. It’s all a crock of bull. Don’t touch their website; click nothing. I hope the karma they give to all their customers comes back to them threefold.
