An excellent customer experience and a very helpful exception

I reached out to Viblo after realizing I had been charged $25 for a subscription renewal that I couldn’t afford at the time. I explained my situation and asked if they could make a one-time exception to their refund policy.

They were incredibly understanding and issued a full $25 refund and canceled my subscription immediately so I wouldn’t be charged again. The response was also very quick.

I really appreciate Emman and the Viblo support team for treating me with kindness and understanding. Sometimes good customer service is simply having a real person willing to look at the situation and help and that’s exactly what happened here.

It’s a subscription scam

I chose Viblo to create some content for my new channel based on a guru that recommended them for certain features. While some of those features were brilliant, others either did not work or were missing. I contacted support who were absolutely superb - helpful, honest, knowledgeable and very reactive. They cancelled my subscription but I will definitely be using them again in future once they've ironed a few things out. Their excellent support pushed this from a 3 to 4 star review from me and I believe the platform will be a game changer soon for creators :-)

I was buyed the subscription beacuase kellan hannebry was saying that and he was lying he didnt mention he is the owner of that thing and he is lying

this scam ass company offers free trial but when you go to try and cancel the cancel subscription button is missing . I emailed them but no response of course, and then these scammers want to try and go ahead and charge me 49.99.

Company is so proffesional! My son apply on VIBLO platform to make some AI video, he used my VISA card, and Viblo charged my account for monthley rate around 30$, but he did not do anything. I wrote email VIBLO team for support, and thay answered to me in a few day, that my money will be back on my account. We exchanged a few email, and I have got my cashback on my account.
I respect your company, because you are so profeasional, and you take care about your reputation in this time of cheat.

Even though they took a few days to respond once they did respond they were very helpful they canceled my subscription and gave me a refund

I cannot cancel my subscription on the website and they didn’t respond to my email within their window of 48 hours and still have not responded, they then took the money out of my bank even after I emailed 2 days ago. Do not sign up for their free trial if you do not want to spend money they won’t give it you back, not respond to your enquiry to cancel via email.

My son accidentally left a subscription running, and I contacted customer support hoping for a solution. Emman from the Viblo AI Support Team responded quickly and refunded the money without any hassle. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness, understanding, and excellent service. Companies that treat their customers with this level of care are rare. Thank you, Emman and Viblo!

Good and useful app, great support. Everything is fine.

The app itself works well and does what it's designed to do. However, my experience with subscription management has been very disappointing. There is no clear option in my account to cancel my subscription, yet the system continues attempting to charge my card. A cancellation process should be simple, visible, and easy for customers to access. I have also emailed support requesting that my subscription be canceled, but I have not received a response. This has been very frustrating. I hope Viblo addresses this issue and makes it much easier for customers to cancel their subscriptions when they choose to do so.

Incredible customer service, I had an issue when cancelling my subscription and was charged £77, within a day I was able to contact a member about a refund and they quickly helped me out.
