Bad company. I cancelled the subscription, but they still kept debiting amounts from my account. The cancellation has now been processed. They repeatedly promised that I would get the overpaid amount back, but they are not refunding anything and are no longer responding to my latest emails either. Unreliable....

Amazing customer service, they stick to their word about canceling. I didn’t cancel because the app is bad or not what I expected, It’s just I forgot I signed up for the trial, so I can’t comment on how good the app itself is.

Service is great, quickly replied and helped with my issue. However, i couldn’t log into my account for a couple of days since I haven’t received a confirmation mail. This caused me not being able to cancel trial period and the money was tried the be taken from my account. Unfortunately despite the app and the service being great, this made me not pursuing the services.

I tried only ranking videos tool and it was good but I want to mention the support team was even better

Viblo is a great tool for creating videos. It’s very user friendly and the customer support is top notch.

This is a subscription scam. They promise 7 days free cancellation but you can't cancel anywhere on the site. Probably all the reviews are fake.

The customer service and support at Viblo is excellent. I had a payment issue, and they were able to get my situation sorted very quickly with ease. The person that helped me was Emman, very helpful.

Wonderful customer support from emman and the app works really well even if its a bit on the expensive side 10/10

very easy way to make online content but would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that %70 of the time downloads TikTok vids with no sound and sometimes it does. also you'd expect to make as many shorts as you want for $25 a month but limited to 30 vids

The AI is great, but the cancellation button is broken and the Discord link is expired. I've emailed support with no response. I need my subscription cancelled immediately so I'm not charged again

It’s all good. It’s got everything advertised. I do wish there were more voice options.

You'll have no problem if you know what you're doing and what you want.

It's good tool and make your work more much easier, but there's a lot of work to to make it 10 .

Software itself was effective and easy to use, after having a slight issue with payment and cancellation processes, the support team was fast to respond and dealt with the problem both generously and diplomatically. Would use again, and would recommend 100%.
