Never built a PC before so went for a prebuilt one and I’m glad I did. Just plugged it all in and it was good to go. Packaging was solid and everything arrived safely. Runs my games way better than my old laptop ever did.

Purchased a gaming PC from these guys, worked fine but had a few queries about the motherboard and fan connections. Most manufacturers could not care less once they have your money in the bank and i wasn't even expecting a reply but these guys - in particular Henri and Dylan went the extra mile with prompt, detailed and photographic instructions relating to my query over a number of emails. Very impressed.

Delivery took a bit longer than I expected (about 2 days late) but customer service kept me updated and sorted everything fast. Once it arrived, everything was perfect — runs smooth, no noise, amazing frame rates. Would buy again no question.

It was almost like it wasn’t happening, but Vibox is generally superb. I’ll say that I’ve had my best PC so far from them and lately their customer service is second to none. They supported at each time I called, even over an hour stretch on the phone, constant email exchanges, offered alternatives, and at after working hours. Those guys go above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. I’ll also like to single out Will, who totally shared with my worries and in the end sorted out everything without any charge. Please, if you need a good PC and impeccable customer experience, don’t go anywhere else.

Bought a PC off Amazon from these guys delivery was faster than expected but once it arrived and I opened it glass immediately fell out I knew at least one of the 2 panels were broken and sure enough the front panel was completely shattered I instantly rang Amazon who were next to useless so I tried calling vibox directly and thank God I did they were immediately super helpful and have new glass panel already in the process of being sent to me any questions I asked were answered quickly couldn't ask for better service

Having purchased a used ViBox PC from another source i reached out to ViBox customer service, with some questions about how to upgrade the system. Having had some poor customer service from other firms i was not exceptionally hopeful as i did not buy from ViBox.
Will and Dylan went way above what i expected and were so helpful that no question was to difficult, they sent links to videos as well as links to the items i need to purchase and provided a 50 something
Dad with all the information he needed to keep his 11 year old happy :-)
I would like to thank ViBox for all their help, a great company and one i certainly will recommend.

I recently purchased a Vibox prebuilt PC and due to my own faults I required support with an issue.
The support I received was no less than perfect, incredibly professional while also being friendly and down to earth, it shows that the team is actually passionate about what they do. Although I personally have enough experience to know how to do some of the recommended tasks, I was given step-by-step guides as well as video and photo examples to assist, which will be great for those who may not have as much of an understanding.

Zac at Vibox was super happy to help me with customer support on a PC I bought from them in 2021. I had installed a new NVMe drive and they helped me through the reinstallation of windows 11 after some troubleshooting. They have also helped me out previously with other queries and I actually bought a second PC for my partner as I was so happy with their support.

I had great customer service from Will when I encountered a small problem. I rang them up and they answered promptly and e mailed me some help in 5 minutes.
It was not like ringing up customer service in a big firm but rather like family friendly.

The Vibox team were absolutely brilliant. I sent an email request for help with what I thought were hardware issues. They responded within the hour and talked me through each step of testing each part of the hardware from the graphics card to the RAM sticks. Explanations were really great and they were very patient. The customer services agent Will was fantastic. In the end it was a software issue caused by trying to download a game and changing BIOS settings so it was my fault! But Vibox were great from start to end. Big thumbs up from me.

Ordered a custom PC which took 10 weeks to arrive. When it did, the hard drive was loose in the case. I tried starting the PC got a request for a PIN to unlock the hard drive. Turns out they sent me a pc that they hadn't finished configuring with a hard drive that was password protected. They also sent me a flat monitor when I asked for a curved one, because that's all they had in stock. A AZERTY keyboard instead of a QWERTY one. Their Motherboards are VIBOX own so no drivers, BIOS upgrades etc available. No WiFi card.
3 months later the Nvidia Graphics card dies and to get an urgent replacement I have to buy one from them. Otherwise they can replace it for free if I ship to them and then wait until they receive it, then they'll look to get a replacement and send it to me. This the calmly state could take a month.
The motherboard HDMI slot doesn't work (by design) so I cant use the PC I've spent €2,000 on, because they can't deliver a new part and collect the faulty one, so I can make the repairs myself.
Terrible customer service.
Terrible build quality.
Terrible aftersales service.
Negative stars if i could give them.

I ordered a custom-built PC, and I am very satisfied with it!
First of all, the delivery is quite fast: from the moment I bought it online and the moment I received it at home, exactly 10 days had passed.
The PC itself is working as expected, all components I had ordered were in it; I tested it with my most ressources-consuming games and it ran them like butter.
That aside, I must talk about the customer sevice: I had never any seen customer service this quick to reply, this good, this polite. I had a few questions regarding my order, and Vibox helped me answer them with lots of details.
Overall, fantastic experience!
Everything from A to Z was perfect, so I totally recommend Vibox when ordering a PC.
