My Vibox gaming computer is excellent and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. Unfortunately I had a mishap with the headphone jack socket which got broke. I contacted Vibox customer service and they came back to me straight away and expedited a new part to me. Within a couple of days the repair was completed. The person handling my case was Zac, so Thanks Zac.

What truly sets Vibox apart is their incredible customer service. I recently had an unfortunate accident where a panel slipped from my hand (just 5 cm!) and shattered completely. Purchased a PC from these guys and have had no issues beyond a small one during initial set up. Customer service was quick to help with this issue. More recently they were able to pull up the old purchase data for me when I asked for it.

Bought a present for Xmas and couldn’t be happier with choosing these guys!
Had an issue during setup (I’d skipped a step) and in a panic sent an email, got a response within a day with everything I needed and they answered my follow up questions quickly and comprehensively.
We’re super happy with the PC itself, it looks amazing and does everything we need it to (I’m glad I spent so long researching before buying!) and since getting up and running we haven’t had any issues even though it’s been used for hours nearly every day.
We’ll be back next year for upgrades!

True customer service!
I purchased a PC a year ago for my son which developed a problem a year down the line. Vbox have been utterly fantastic in helping with suggestions of things to try ourselves to fix it and when all failed were happy to take the PC back and repair it.
We have been kept updated every step of the way and the communication has been polite and helpful. With so many companies today happy to take your money and send you on your way, Vbox is providing real customer service and after sales support.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vibox and Aaron for all their help and support.

Purchasing my computer from them over four years ago, they are still offering free and excellent advice / recommendations.
Their knowledge is outstanding, emailing out "how to" videos on how items are changed or bios altered.

I recently had an issue with my pc, as I'm rather new to Pc's and had no prior experience I thought it'd be best to email Vibox, and I thoroughly believe it was the best decision yet! They were incredibly quick with responses, were extremely helpful with sending resources in order to help me solve the issue at hand, and have been amazing to communicate with. I must give a special mention to the Vibox employees, Will and Dylan for being the one's to respond to my inquiry, giving me easy-to-follow guides on how to fix the issue and for being great at communicating which helped minimise alot of stress. Thank you Vibox for being an incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding company. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Took seconds for the phone to answer. Upon awnsering in a professional way I explained my situation to him and we worked though a couple trouble shooting tasks regarding a noise coming from my pc. Had it back to normal after a few min. Very professional, great customer service, easy to understand for someone like myself that don't know much about Pcs. Would highly recommend if you have trouble to give them a call direct.

Bought a gaming PC on Amazon and haven’t had any issues whilst running the latest games.
I did have an issue that was due to a windows update however when I contacted customer services this was quickly resolved by Zac (the same day), which was amazing considering it was during the Christmas holidays.
