No communication apart from the original order & payment. I contacted the support chatbot which passed me to an employee. Turns out the item is no longer available. I requested a refund which was granted and received an immediate refund mail from paypall.

Paid nearly £90 for a set of knives 6 weeks later still no package company cannot give me any update on where it is they were supposedly shipped out 5 weeks ago but still nothing. Avoid this company at all costs
