We ordered a duvet from this website. Once unpacked there was a distinct unpleasant chemical like smell from the duvet. We hung it up (indoors and outdoors) hoping the smell would go but after a couple of weeks it was still there. Decided to try hand wash it and it only got worse, the duvet now smelt like a pack of wet, stinky dogs. We had to bin the duvet!!

Awful service. One item received was wrong, the other had missing pieces. No attempt at fixing the problem. No response whatsoever, even when purchased through Amazon.

Reported to Amazon as clearly not fit for purpose and shouldn't be associated with them. Clearly not the first person to have the same kind of issue, based on all the reviews.

Please avoid. Items missing from order, refused to replace. Extremely slow and automated responses. Rude when pushed for being slow to respond.

Do not buy from this company. They say Evri returns yet for carpet sizes this is not possible so give you the run around. The carpet itself is also extremely poor quality - probably sourced cheaply in China. Stay away please!!

I placed an order on 7th January for two Teddy Fleece Duvets and cancelled it on 8th January, within the cancellation period and before dispatch.

Despite this, getting a refund was extremely difficult, involving repeated back-and-forth with both Amazon and the seller. I eventually had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover the money.

Although I’ve now been refunded, the dispute is still ongoing. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience.

I ordered a 7ft 9 by 11 ft 2 rug. It arrived & had a very strong chemical smell.It was for my baby grandaughter to play on. It was thin, creased & kept slipping on the wooden floor. Bought in 15 December now January its fully aired & it still smells of chemicals.
I asked the seller to collect from my house & return back to them and refund me.
The rug is faulty, too heavy for a 60 year old to carry & with the size & weight I was entitled to have this collected & returned by courier for free & refunded.
Manufacturer won’t collect & told me I have to return & pay the postage &
carrier fees.
I contacted Amazon & nothing!
Do not buy from this company because if it’s faulty & you want to return it, it will cost you more to send it back than the rug. I wont purchase again from this company. They have supplied me with a faulty very poor quality & is not suitable for babies to play on because of the strong chemical smells. Please beware and keep well away from this company. They’re a shocking unscrupulous business and I am shocked that Amazon allow them onto there website. I spend a lot of money with Amazon and I have to admit I am now wondering if I shall continue to purchase through them anymore if this is going to be the kind of service I can expect from now on.

Bought a 100% silk duvet but after a couple of weeks use we have feather coming out all over the place. No response from the seller at all. Major waste of money. Best we can hope for now is trading standards takin a look.

goods did not look like photos on website. Sent mat back as arranged, - they did receive returned goods and promised refund on stated dates. Refund never came, so they are liars. avoid like the plague.

I bought an expensive all seasons down duvet from Viceroy in 2019. It is supposed to be a 4.5 + 9 tog combination. Instead, they sent me 2x 9 togs, which means i have no lightweight for summer, and the winter version is too hot and heavy.
I called on 5 occasions since then, and every time I was told that they would send me a 4.5 & I could return the 9. But they never did - lies & more lies

Ordered a rug from this shameful company - it arrived late so I returned in as per their very strict instructions. Have photographic evidence of them receiving it but they will not send me a refund. They do not answer their phone or answer emails or indeed answer any messages. They are unlawfully withholding money from customers and Mr Manjit Singh Chalal you should be ashamed of your company and your ethics - totally disgusting taking money off people and not refunding it and then blatantly ignoring you. Next step I think is a visit to you - face up to your shameful behaviour and give customers their money back

My heart sank when I read the reviews! But I have received a really great quality duvet, delivered in 48 hours with absolutely no issues. The company also replied to my email though I did not get an answer on the phone. I’m so sorry for all those who have had a bad experience but mine was honestly very positive.

The duvets look really nice.
I've dropped a star on the review because their communication is non existent. They do not answer the phone (32 calls)or reply to emails. Luckily the courier kept me informed.

Bought a rug from these people on Amazon. When it arrived it was obviously nothing like the colour in the photo. Didn’t even unwrap it as return conditions state items have to be returned in “original packaging “! Not easy when it’s shrink wrapped. Then found out I would have to pay return carriage. For a heavy rug this would have been almost as much as the rug cost. In the end I just wrote off the loss and donated the rug to a charity shop. Wish I’d read Trustpilot reviews rather than Amazon. Amazon should stop this company selling on their platform.

I would not give this company any stars , I have had a bad experience with them . I ordered a rug from Amazon, it turned up a couple of days later, totally different from what I ordered, I sent it back on the 7th of may, I tracked it,and it came up delivered , so I then threw my receipt away . moving forward I have tried calling them on the number given for three weeks now with no reply ...also have called Amazon several times but can't get my money back as do not now have tracking number.I have now lost the cost of the rug and the £8:00 postage . I will not use Amazon again and recommend not using Viceroy

All the reviews are fake. They hired bunch of scammers on telegram and asking random people for love react and trying to gather people's personal information by saying we will pay ££ if you give love react and send us your name age phone number bank details.

Well.......I can now honestly say these people have stolen £70 from me! They lie, don't answer emails or messages, don't answer their phones! Yet they're still advertising their shoddy goods! How are they getting away with it still?

DO NOT purchase from this company. Ordered and paid for 2 duvets. Money debited from account but no order confirmation from the company, no reply to emails, no response to phone calls.

if there was a zero stars i would give this rip off company that, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't buy from this company, you don't get what you ask for or what is described in their advert, then when send you send it back they don't refund anything or send you back the item which you've actually paid for, even if you don't really want it, at least you would have something to sell on to someone else. Also i've had no help from Amazon where i purchased my order from

SCAMMERS - DO NOT buy from these people. I ordered a rug from them through Amazon. The advert stated "Grey" or "Light Grey". The "Grey" looked a dark grey on the photo so that's the one I ordered. The size was advertised as "160cm X 230cm". When it arrived it was folded in half and packaged so tightly. So this has left a mark and creases that will never come out. It was also very "Light Grey" in colour. The main issue was the size. It measured 159cm x 218cm. Where was the rest of it? I have complained several times. Their responses were:
1. They only advertise ONE grey colour.
2. If I hoover it every day, the marks and the creases will eventually come out.
3. All manufacturers allow a 5% + / - variation in the size.
Complete and utter rubbish.
After reading the reviews (which I wish I had before I ordered), the majority of the reviews are all the exact same complaints as I have.
A lot of them state that they have had to return the item at their own cost and are still waiting for refunds.
If I could give them a 0 rating I would.
