A lovely pasta bowl with pugs around it. Great for my pug mad daughter. Very prompt service and the bowl was well packed.

The items are gorgeous but the whole shipping experience was a total disaster.

I had to pay VAT, duties and admin charges because of Brexit. My fault I should have checked it out but nevertheless some guidance or warning from the company to overseas buyers at point of sale would have helped.

Also, I ordered two items together but they were sent to me separately which meant I had to pay the admin charge levied by An Post twice!

The items really are lovely and exactly what I wanted but not for the price I had to pay in the end. The overall experience is not something I'd like to repeat so unfortunately I wont be buying from this company again.

I know Brexit is the new way with items purchased from the UK and it is what it is.... but beware...... to all of you who do not shop regularly online......of all the extra hidden charges which make items much more expensive.

Victoria was so nice reverting to me personally to try and resolve the matter. None of my issues were really the company"s fault. I was more annoyed with myself for not checking the charges and posted the review in haste.

Her products are lovely so if you are an overseas buyer, and calculate the charges in advance and are happy with the overall cost, I would certainly recommend them. 😉

Everything arrived in good time and is absolutely beautiful. The handwritten note is lovely and even though a substitution was made it was perfectly judged. I just love how the likeness of the black working cocker has been captured..it is perfect.
